I ordered 4 pizzas, and one was wrong .it was a spinach and mushrooms pizza(I'm allergic to mushrooms). I called the manager, and she pretty much called me a liar. She said she packed it so she knew that wasn't in there. I told her I was looking right it.she was supposed to send someone to pick it up to see if i reall had it ,and bring.my other pizza.i called back 2 days later and.she wouldn't get on the phone and told the guy to tell me I'm bocked from ordering and to stop calling. The manager isn't the person who should be a manager. I've had problems before with the charlestown Road store.they delivered it to the wrong house, and by the time I found it ,it was ice cold because it was winter. Just beware.

The five cheese macaroni is overpriced at over eight dollars for the amount you receive. Let's put it this way I cleaned the tin. The cheese is fabulous, but the price is about two dollars more than it's worth. If I had five more heaping tablespoons then it would be worth the eight dollars. I bought two of those and two salads for 32 bucks. I will tell you if you are a cheese aficionado then you will really enjoy this. also purchased the garden salad for my partner and the chicken Caesar for myself. The croutons are nice and garlicky, but too crunchy for me. I rarely enjoy croutons. I was going to pick up a pizza for later, but I try to keep my cost for two people on Easy food below $35. I like to give a little tip because they do have to run it out to the car if they're not delivering it to the home! With a 10% tip it was a little over 35 bucks. The only criticism is not enough macaroni and cheese for the cost. The plus is that the cheese is a premium blend, not cheap cheese at all!

The pizza is great usually. Delivery is fast, over the phone customer service seems to be some very childish rude men that do not value customers. Not even the ones that order multiple times a week. Horrible customer service and refused to send me to the store where I knew my call would be handled properly.

My entire family has became so sick the last two times we ordered from this store, so my niece did some digging on them, there's so many things our family would like to share you, and by the way don't get duped like our family did, when they say you earned 10 points with this online order, your 10 points came from the $4.99 delivery fee

Holy cow the NY Style pizza is so good! Our family also ordered a Hand tossed Extravaganza pizza as well. Snapped a picture of the Extravaganza, but did not get a picture of the NY Style pizza because I was so excited to dig in. Our family lives in Las Vegas, NV. I come home to New Albany to visit family every year and always make it a point to hang out with my good friend, Lauren, who works at this location. I usually only eat at the nostalgic childhood restaurants I grew up on, but being able to enjoy the new NY style crust and see my friend at the same time has me very excited! Please do not get rid of the NY style pizza.

Beware the employees will try to charge you for sauces that are supposed to come with the bread bites, the girl wasn’t even sure if we were supposed to be charged for them or not but charged a $1 per sauce anyways…they are included it says it right on the receipt!
