The first time I've done a mobile app order and then picked up in the drive-thru. The wait was about 10 minutes. I told them at the window which item was mine. It was my first time trying the munchkin donuts. They were alright. The restaurant is located near Waffle House.

I love dunkin. Great atmosphere, I know its a chain but it always feels like a small coffee shop. Staff is always great and the food is mostly amazing. But if I get the bagel bites they are inconsistent lol. Sometimes scalding sometimes cold. Such a minor issue but we love them.

We are traveling through and stopped in for coffee and something to eat. We ordered some snakin bacon for us and our dogs as well as a couple coffee rolls and our coffees.
The coffee was great, coffee rolls were good,
But the bacon was probably the worst I've ever had, half burnt, half raw and full of grease.
Seriously, I have worked food, and my question is... Would any of you eat that?

This location almost always refuses service in the morning. Even when there are clearly people working, they just let cars sit in the drive thru until they give up. This morning, there were at least 4 cars refused service.

I’m sick of coming here in the morning and wasting my time when the employees pretend they aren’t there. It clearly says it opens at 4:30 am, but I get there a little after 5, and they still pretend not to be there. Wasted time and energy. I also have to work.

ordered a coffee and food paid 18$ and only got my coffee and then had no idea what my order was and when I got everything it was wrong then proceeded to let me know they are out of item after I paid for it I sat for 25 mins waiting seems like the don’t care or have an idea what they are doing I didn’t want to go back and fix it they had so many people waiting girl was nice at the window I felt bad for her I even tipped her no complaints not her fault

I tried to get them to fix one of our drinks and i t was still wrong, and then when they gave us our matcha the girl put espresso in it? Not coming back :)

Charlestown rd dunkin is absolutely the worst! I Go there daily and everyday they get my order wrong which is always the same exact order. It’s close to my house so I always give them chances after chances. Just went inside and then tried drive thru line of 4 cars and the wait was over 30 minutes. If you want good dunkin go to jeffersonville! They always get your order on point and the staff is the best there at jeffersonville!

I have been here 3 times in the past month with my fiancé, the first time was fine, longer wait but nothing really out of the ordinary. Except the fact that i wasn't looked at once or acknowledged by any of the people behind the counter, which was fine, they were busy and I ordered online so i didnt expect much. The last two times i have come here have been nothing short of ridiculous and just disappointing, the staff ignores customers in the lobby, they do not use the mobile order pickup stations (they just keep it on their side of the counter, call no names and let the food sit and get cold while keeping it on their side of the counter.), they never call who orders are for(something the downtown Lou and Jeffersonville,IN locations do often), they will watch you say something and just walk away.
I would call the manager, but it seems from today he is the same as everyone else in the staff, rude, arrogant and lacking customer service skills needed to work in the food service industry. This whole store needs to be retrained on manners, customer service, efficiency and ethics. Waiting 10-15 minutes for food(after my drinks are already prepared) is insane, especially when there are 6 people behind the counter with only 1-2 cars in the drive thru. Somehow this location makes a slow Saturday morning look like a lunch rush at every other place, just a lot of people in the back scrambling around, half-assing orders, being rude to customers, and ignoring their jobs. I would not recommend anyone to come here, take your business to somewhere that will actually give half a shit about your food and drinks you pay for.
