Went in to get the Halloween special was told they were out and didn't have the donut holes but when looked behind him there were plenty, we got what we came after went home and the donuts just didn't taste right. As much as they are should have a fresh taste not stale.

I bought a coffee roll, Bismark jelly roll, and a pumpkin spice cake donut on 10/22/24. All of them were dry and really light on glaze or sugar. Very disappointed. On a high note, they did not have a terrible greasy after taste. You can do better, Dunkin'!

Lobby area was filthy between tables, floors, and bathrooms. Every time we go the order is either wrong or missing items. For example, after we ordered our food with 2 pumpkin iced coffees, we are told theyre out of pumpkin. I tell the girl working the front counter I will have Vanilla and my wife said Hazelnut right after. She turned to her coworker immediately and told her both hazelnut disregarding what i just said. We werent even offered cream or sugar for the coffee. The customer service was absolutely ridiculous to work with. That was just one example of this terrible interaction with the employee, but there are definitely more I would like to share if the general manager or owner can get into contact with me. My wife and I have decided this will be the last time we go to this location. By the way, I hate hazelnut. Thank you Dunkin for your years of unreliable customer service.

Horrible customer service they made my coffee wrong and we asked to get it remade. The owner came and tried to give us back our old coffee.. When I finally got the new coffee and it was burnt. They also never give the total at ordering window, even when you order just one coffee.
