I went inside to order a $5 wrap breakfast deal. I ordered it with bacon. I got in my car, took a bite and there was no bacon. I took it back in right away and the red haired woman was very rude and asked for my receipt. I said, I was just in here 3 minutes ago. She looked disgusted and frowned at me. She told another employee to make a bacon wrap. I told her I didn't like her attitude because it wasn't my fault and they got it wrong. It even said bacon on my receipt. She practically threw the bag at me and I said thank you! She just scowled and walked away. That's when I told her she needed an attitude adjustment because it was their mistake, not mine. I won't be going back!!!

At 6:14 PM my partner and I got coffee, during drive thru we ordered large latte, large mocha Frappuccino large black coffee and one chocolate donut. When we went to pay and get our order the lady at the drive thru got our order wrong. We had corrected her on it, she thought our latte was iced and my partner said no it was a hot latte. At which point the worker decided to sigh “ok” in a very sassy tone. Given how this is a service job I’m appalled at the level of unprofessionalism. Once we got our drinks she thought we were done, no, we had also ordered a donut, and we reminded her of that fact in a non rude manner “we also got a donut.” The worker had the same level of unprofessional attitude the first time, and charged us for this donut. We never received a receipt from her so I’m not sure if it was put on our ticket the first time but the donut was 100% ordered on our end because we had an entire dialogue on them being out of pink donuts, and only having chocolate left. But the general unprofessional attitude and “forgetfulness” of this interaction at the drive-thru has left a sour taste in my mouth. Not to mention the fact that once we arrived home (2 minutes from the Dunkin store) the coffee was lukewarm at best. I’m sorry but it’s not like we were the only people in the line, I understand it is New Year’s Eve but this is just sad, if you’re gonna stay open till 7 then at least act like we’re not an inconvenience. We were not in any way rude.

The first time I've done a mobile app order and then picked up in the drive-thru. The wait was about 10 minutes. I told them at the window which item was mine. It was my first time trying the munchkin donuts. They were alright. The restaurant is located near Waffle House.

I love dunkin. Great atmosphere, I know its a chain but it always feels like a small coffee shop. Staff is always great and the food is mostly amazing. But if I get the bagel bites they are inconsistent lol. Sometimes scalding sometimes cold. Such a minor issue but we love them.

We are traveling through and stopped in for coffee and something to eat. We ordered some snakin bacon for us and our dogs as well as a couple coffee rolls and our coffees.
The coffee was great, coffee rolls were good,
But the bacon was probably the worst I've ever had, half burnt, half raw and full of grease.
Seriously, I have worked food, and my question is... Would any of you eat that?
This location almost always refuses service in the morning. Even when there are clearly people working, they just let cars sit in the drive thru until they give up. This morning, there were at least 4 cars refused service.

I’m sick of coming here in the morning and wasting my time when the employees pretend they aren’t there. It clearly says it opens at 4:30 am, but I get there a little after 5, and they still pretend not to be there. Wasted time and energy. I also have to work.

ordered a coffee and food paid 18$ and only got my coffee and then had no idea what my order was and when I got everything it was wrong then proceeded to let me know they are out of item after I paid for it I sat for 25 mins waiting seems like the don’t care or have an idea what they are doing I didn’t want to go back and fix it they had so many people waiting girl was nice at the window I felt bad for her I even tipped her no complaints not her fault
