El Nopal Mexican Cuisine

The chef made me a special delicious spicy tomatillo sauce creation of his own for my chicken burrito. Loved it!!!
I wish I would have asked him his name 😋.
My husband,his friend and another new friend ,all ordered ordered the chicken, cheesey rice( I can't remember the actual name it's called) Husband and his friend tried the Long island ice Tea.

I forgot to take pics of the food & drinks. I was laughing too much with the company talking about butter pecan ice cream LMBO

The waiter brought plenty of hot salsa & chips. GREAT PLACE, GREAT FOOD AND GREAT PEOPLE!

Everyone was so kind and courteous!
The hostess even went out of her way to compliment ME and loved my pink sequined blouse.

Went in on Thursday October 9, 2025 with 4 coworkers, place wasn't busy.
First problem the server Aylin got my drink wrong, we all ordered when my food came out it was wrong! They took it back and DIDN'T remake it they just covered the mistake with cheese sauce when it was returned to me I asked where my side was and the manager argued with me that I didn't ask for it, the side is clearly listed on the menu! THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY El Nopal!
The server needs to be trained on listening to customers and the manager needs to be trained on customer service and not to EVER argue with a customer!

Ordered carryout. Asked for corn tortillas with all meals. Received flour for all. Meal included pico de gallo. Did not receive the pico de gallo. Ordered carryout for a picnic. Received nothing to eat with. Very disappointing. The food was OK seems to be better for dine in. I visit this location on a regular basis my last couple of visits have not been as good as before.

From the minute you hit the door you're greeted with a smile. Always clean no matter how busy. They just had a facelift, new chairs and tables.
Looks great. The food is awesome consistent as I eat there very regularly. From start to finish, I always enjoy myself. A little on the pricey side, but hell, where isn't anymore . At least you get your money's worth as portions are big. Love the free chips and salsa. I've never enjoyed the bar but it's very inviting.Lots of drink options.

They have the standard fare that you'd expect from similar restaurants, but I like their unique takes on some of their menu items. Their Chori Pollo is particularly good.

After coming from the new mexican restaurant down the street which was terrible. This place was much better. Friendly fast service and good food. Thank you el nopal!

Service was great got sat very quick and food was fast and hot

Food was burnt and then covered with sauce . 2nd round was burnt too. English barrier with waiter. Asked for cheese sauce and everything came out with green sauce.

All in all, hated to pay $40 for bad food and bad service Left there hungry.

I have eaten here several times for lunch. Staff is always polite and friendly. Lunch comes out quickly and food is always fresh and hot!
