THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME THAT I COME TO THIS LOCATION I AM SO TIRED OF BEING TREATED BAD WHEN I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER WHO EXPECTS TO RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED AND NOT WHAT YOU FELT LIKE GIVING ME THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I'VE COMPLAINED ABOUT GETTING THE WRONG ORDER AND THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU AND THEN WHEN YOU CALL BACK, THEY IGNORE THE PHONE CALLS

The server seemed not to pay attention to what we said or he didnt know English i got the nachos with the fries there was hardly any cheese on it just small amount of sour cream and no guacamole on it and the server didn't even know it came with guacamole but went and got me some but with hardly any cheese on it it was just dry meat on fries was not worth the money and he wouldn't listen all night about refills or even about to go boxes it felt like we were not wanted there like they wanted us to leave so they can close early

I ordered for lunch and it was NOT a good experience. The food was cold, the chips were old, salsa cup was one third full. Definitely not worth it!

The service was top-tier — the kind of friendly where you start thinking, “Maybe I should invite my server to Thanksgiving.” Unfortunately, the food didn’t get the memo. The fajita lunch special looked like someone accidentally dropped a bag of mixed vegetables on the grill, whispered “steak,” and called it a day. I found more meat in a bag of trail mix.

The rice? A tragic story. Three spoonfuls of sadness sitting on the corner of the plate like it was being punished. And flavor? Nonexistent. I checked under the onions, under the peppers, even considered filing a missing person’s report.

If you’re craving fajitas that actually fajita, skip this place and head to Riviera Maya Restaurant in Bloomington, Indiana. Their fajitas and arroz con pollo don’t just slap — they straight-up karate chop your taste buds into happiness 👋💥 (as the youths say… I’m just trying to keep up, lol).

The chef made me a special delicious spicy tomatillo sauce creation of his own for my chicken burrito. Loved it!!!
I wish I would have asked him his name 😋.
My husband,his friend and another new friend ,all ordered ordered the chicken, cheesey rice( I can't remember the actual name it's called) Husband and his friend tried the Long island ice Tea.

I forgot to take pics of the food & drinks. I was laughing too much with the company talking about butter pecan ice cream LMBO

The waiter brought plenty of hot salsa & chips. GREAT PLACE, GREAT FOOD AND GREAT PEOPLE!

Everyone was so kind and courteous!
The hostess even went out of her way to compliment ME and loved my pink sequined blouse.

Went in on Thursday October 9, 2025 with 4 coworkers, place wasn't busy.
First problem the server Aylin got my drink wrong, we all ordered when my food came out it was wrong! They took it back and DIDN'T remake it they just covered the mistake with cheese sauce when it was returned to me I asked where my side was and the manager argued with me that I didn't ask for it, the side is clearly listed on the menu! THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY El Nopal!
The server needs to be trained on listening to customers and the manager needs to be trained on customer service and not to EVER argue with a customer!

Ordered carryout. Asked for corn tortillas with all meals. Received flour for all. Meal included pico de gallo. Did not receive the pico de gallo. Ordered carryout for a picnic. Received nothing to eat with. Very disappointing. The food was OK seems to be better for dine in. I visit this location on a regular basis my last couple of visits have not been as good as before.
