Food is great. Staff is honestly horrible. I’m not quite sure what the point of using the mobile app is or the pick up area if the staff won’t even acknowledge you or ask about your order. Generally people use it to order ahead so it’s ready by the time you get to the building. Each time I use the app to order 15-20 mins ahead or time and it’s never ready by the time I get there and when I actually get there it’s not even busy. It wouldn’t matter that much or that staff was actually nice and acknowledged you but they literally don’t. They act like you’re not there.

Biggest waste of forty dollars I have ever spent. The grilled cheese was "ok". That is unfortunately the nicest thing I can say about the actual garbage I was given. The "shake" I received was a SIX DOLLAR cup of chocolate syrup. The burger was so dry the bun literally CRUNCHED. AND OH. My wife has allergies so we ordered her a separate thing of plain fries that we DIDN'T GET. We got two cajun fries she couldn't eat. I would expect a hell of a lot better for FORTY DOLLARS. I will not ever be coming back.

Stopped in to grab lunch. Was a little let down that I had to walk next door to target and buy something because the store didn’t accept $100 bill. I ordered 2 burgers 2 fries and two drinks and my total was $37.60. Seemed a little steep but whatever. My suggestion is if you’re going to charge an arm and a leg for a meal then accept the legal currency that was provided to me by my banking establishment. Other than not accepting my legal tender the food was good. If he burger was a little greasy which is kinda how I like it. The fries I ordered were Cajun style and had a Cajun flavor to them. My milkshake was good but I did feel like it had more milk than shake. Flavor was good though.

The dropping the fries until the delivery driver enters the building needs to be adjusted for to go orders. I get fresh fries for eat in clients, but no food is super fresh when being door dashed or Uber eats.
