We were visiting from Tennessee, spotted this location, love it at home and decided to stop.
The staff was friendly. The store was clean. The food was perfect.

My children and I visited the establishment yesterday for lunch. I ordered 3 burgers and asked for cups of water. My kids were at the machine getting their drinks, they started to get soda instead of water..the young lady that was cooking the food, yelled across the room “you cannot get sod, it has to be water”. This is true and I understand, but I didn’t even get a chance to correct my children that are only 7 and 8 years old…she was watching us so hard it was crazy. We were made to feel uncomfortable. I asked for a refund and definitely won’t be returning.

Visited five guys on State Street in New Albany with my dad today we shared a burger and fries Thank goodness we did cuz that's really all we needed. Food was hot food was fresh tons of fries super yummy. And the place was clean I forgot to take pictures.

Plenty of parking and outside patio for good weather eats. 😋

They do not accept $100 bills. This is not posted on any registers. I was turned away from service because this was the only form of payment I had. I have no lunch, and when I called they said it was a corporate policy. I’m not sure which corporation does not allow you to spend money at their locations.
