Great unique fish and chips and selection of unique beers. Staple of ours when traveling back from louisville
My bartender, Christy was amazing! So friendly and made me feel welcome and at home. The beer was delicious and great variety, and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be back!
This place is awesome
Update: On the event page that your company posted, there was no mention of it being 21+. Had it said that, nobody would have had to waste their time & gas for absolutely nothing! On top of that, the bartender said that it would be no big deal but just needed to double check, but that was a lie apparently. It really says a lot about how much you care about families. Shameful.
NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!! They do not allow children anymore. My 2 year old daughter & I were just kicked out because she wasn't 21+. It didn't used to be this way. Very disappointed.
Super friendly staff. The atmosphere reminds me of a Renaissance fesdevil. The food was great
Excellent food and ambiance. Had the bison burger, it was juicy and perfectly cooked. Fries were crunchy , dusted with a spice mixture that made them better.
Ordered four burgers and pretzels, took an eternity to get our last burger. Medieval theme- medieval service. ?
Great first experience. First off, my wife left her phone at the bar when we left and the Lady Bartender ran out to catch us and return it! Very much appreciated and we'll be sure to catch her again next time to show our thanks. The beer was good. Shakezilla was spot on for my wife's preferred flavor style. I had the Zombie Kombi and the Braun Jovi and both were good representations of their style. The Zucchini chips we excellent, very crisp. The Burger Slider and the Reuben sandwich were both very good and the fries were some of the best I've had anywhere. The only little negative was the 1000 Island Dressing, not sure if it was bottled or house made but it could be tarted up a bit...literally, I'd ad some lime juice or maybe a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar. It barely tasted like anything other than mayo. Oh, we finished with the Bread Pudding which was very good and not skimpy on the portion as we couldn't finish it and took it home for later. We're local, we'll be back.
I’m writing this review two weeks after eating there because I constantly think about how good the bison burger with beer cheese and fried jalapeños was. Will be back soon
A nice brewpub. Great food, great drinks. Some of the prices are a bit steep but i enjoyed my fish and chips a lot. Their fries are phenomenal. Beer was pretty good
Restaurantji Recommends
Stopped in only for drinks and had a good experience. Would like to return for eats.
Good food and great service. Happy my husband suggested this spot for a late lunch. First time, so we will definitely be back.
Delicious food, friendly service, when I'm back in town I'll come again!
Great place. Great beer, great food, great service. Never disappointed! I recommend the Arthur of the Brits!
Oftentimes when I’m in Louisville I stay at Caesars Southern Indiana. The casino’s food options are pathetic, so I ventured out to find Floyd County Brewing Company (you probably pass it on Main St. if you’re going to the casino).I’ve been a few times and the service is always top notch, the selection of locally crafted beers is great (I’ve not had one I don’t like), and the food is of great quality (I usually get a burger). Most recently I got the “Sirloin & The Shrimps” and substituted the grilled veggies for the mashed potatoes. All was seasoned great and the steak was cooked to perfection (rare).I highly recommend Floyd County Brewing Company if you’re in the area or at the casino (it’s better than anything they have to offer).
