Love the vibe of this place. Staff is always nice. But the food isn't as good as it used to be back when it first opened. Portions have shrunk and prices have went up. Also, all the beers are very pricy. With they offered something that' wasn't $6.

The service was actually wonderful! The food was horrible, the burger was overcooked. I ordered medium and it was well done. Totally flavorless. I wasn't able to taste the cheddar cheese on the burger. The fries were absolutely disgusting, they tasted like they were coated in sugar. My beer was warm. Only gave 2 stars because the service was wonderful.

I don't know what to say about the food other than it was terrible. I ordered the classic burger cooked medium with fries. The burger was way over cooked and had no flavor. There was also no flavor from the cheddar cheese. The fries had sugar on them. Not a little in the cooking but actual sugar on the outside of the fries. I don't know what exactly they were going for but if you are looking for a good burger and fries this isn't it.

Service was great, food wise I shared the bison philly burger asked for medium well and it was well done but I was hungry so I didn't complain it was still delish.

Not sure what's going on. This place is a staple here but our last two visits the food was undercooked, our waitress didn't want to be there and it showed. Once again I guess we'll go somewhere else.

It’s freezing in there. Turn on the heat. The staff is hot because they’re walking around. We couldn’t even enjoy our food it’s soo cold. I told the staff they did nothing. She said she hot.

The last two visits they have been out of certain foods today they were out of kettle chips at 11:30. Will not be going back too many good restaurants in New Albany in Jeffersonville

It used to be great. I was told tonight the new kitchen manager got rid of the seasoning on the fries. This is what really differentiates them from the competition. What a poor choice!! As a loyal customer, I was highly disappointed and couldn't even eat their fries! I will not be returning anytime soon.
