I love this place, and I love their black lavender tea! However, the most frustrating thing about this place is that they are ALWAYS out of something specifically, the black lavender. I’m sure it’s a very popular drink. But there’s been times where they’re out for weeks at a time. I gave it time thinking it was from the new startup since they had just opened a little while ago, and had moved their other store recently. However, it is still happening.
I don’t know anything about what’s happening behind the scenes, so it could be a supply thing versus being the actual store itself.
Overall, the staff is quite kind. They always serve with a smile on their faces. Inside is quite casual and relaxing. The drinks are amazing when they’re actually in stock.

The staff is kind and the drinks are amazing! I love trying all the different new drinks and adding bursting boba to my drink! The baked goods they have are tasty too. I really appreciate that they have non-dairy options for most of their drinks (coconut milk, almond milk, etc).

Isadora is absolutely PHENOMENAL at always taking such good care of me. I used to go to the Clarksville location but now since they’ve closed I go to new Albany all the time. ? She always makes me feel welcome, friend like atmosphere, listens to my craziness and makes the very BEST drinks!!! ???? She knows my order by heart, she always has a smiling face and the sweetest personality. The store ALWAYS looks AMAZING, clean, adorable with the flowers, phone booth and decor! ????? ???? This is my favorite treat and I just love Isadora and Fresco Tea Bar!! I’m hooked and addicted!! ❤️? ?❤️
Kid-friendliness: Bring my grand babies with me sometimes and love they to take pictures. My oldest grandson always says maw maw we have to take pics or do a TikTok because this place is so cool. Lol he’s 5 years old and LOVES it as much as I do I think!! ?❤️??
