I can’t say enough good things about this place. Their service is not only excellent but they are consistently thoughtful and kind. They have the best water I’ve ever had in my life and their coffee is amazing too!

This is my first time ever going into the establishment.
I was not greeted. I stood there waiting at the counter for about five minutes. They were busy, but no one even looked at me. They intentionally ignored me. I walked out walked in. Waited some more then got greeted then got service. Food was exactly as expected great.
They did not call out my order to let me know when it was ready. Just a little disappointing as locally they have a good name these are reasons why someone may not come back.

The food and drink was amazing, the atmosphere was cozy and had a very familial atmosphere, the staff was very nice, the food and drink arrived quickly and warm and the experience was all around amazing, five stars.

Political far left propaganda banners throughout the restaurant... Can I just go and get coffee without being bombarded by politics? Also bathrooms said gender neutral... They didn't understand the meaning of light ice. It was 80 percent ice. Also they couldn't make a carmel Macchiato.
