I have been a faithful customer of Heine Bros Coffee for several years. Unfortunately, due to quality of service and drinks served, I am disappointed and will not be continuing my loyalty to this Coffee shop. The last few visits to the Coffee shop has delivered unflavored hot water, no coffee or flavorings could be identified. Plus the wait time from order to delivery is ridiculous, especially with the quality being delivered. This is so disheartening to me. Goodbye

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Their service is not only excellent but they are consistently thoughtful and kind. They have the best water I’ve ever had in my life and their coffee is amazing too!

This is my first time ever going into the establishment.
I was not greeted. I stood there waiting at the counter for about five minutes. They were busy, but no one even looked at me. They intentionally ignored me. I walked out walked in. Waited some more then got greeted then got service. Food was exactly as expected great.
They did not call out my order to let me know when it was ready. Just a little disappointing as locally they have a good name these are reasons why someone may not come back.

The food and drink was amazing, the atmosphere was cozy and had a very familial atmosphere, the staff was very nice, the food and drink arrived quickly and warm and the experience was all around amazing, five stars.
