First time going to Mikes in a long time but I must say it was a great experience. The staff here is amazing. I walked in and they greeted me with a smile and fabulous service. I tried a new pastrami sandwich and I definitely will be coming back again.

Great, friendly staff. Seemed knowledgeable about my gluten issues. They prepared me a gluten-free Philly cheese steak with grilled portobello mushrooms. Phenomenal sandwich! My wife said her turkey and provolone was good, too. Impressed how the workers greeted and treated everyone...so friendly, and they know their products. Heard them answer many questions, and they were always very polite and kind. I did not catch the name of the gentleman who was working, but he had an awesome, nearly infectious laugh that made you feel like you were with friends. He also commended us on using the online order prior to arrival in order to speed the process along. Subs were ready at the time promised and were 100% as ordered. Clean bathrooms. Try the Strange Soda Rootbeer. If you love rootbeer, you will not be disappointed by this one! It has a great, smooth flavor and just the right amount of carbonation. I will definitely make this location a stop when travelling to Louisville, KY.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free is an option. I had no issues.

Just got a sub to bring home, like I do once or twice a month. Just like most places they load the sandwich up with plenty of meat. Then you'll go in and the bun is thinner, the lettuce and the meat has been cut in half, and the price went up. I told everyone how good the subs are, and how big they are. They just made a lier out of me. Sorry to say, I'm done stopping in there for a good sub. Your management blew it. You'll loose a lot of customers!!?

Sandwich is good, but too pricey compared to jimmy johns. I used to only come here for the cookies, but they changed their cookies which are absolute garbage now. I tried giving the place another shot, but disappointed again. Probably won’t be coming back. Service has improved compared to a year ago.
Possibly the slowest most inefficient run sandwich shop I have ever experienced. 6-7 people working while one person was actually making sandwiches. Seriously only 4 people inline. 2 of the 4 were us waited almost 35 minutes for 2 exact same sandwiches.

James took great care of us. We walked in a few minutes before closing and he wasn't bothered that they had already cleaned something for the night. The restaurant was clean and staff were polite.

The Big Kahuna was wonderful. Service was a little on the slow side. Tables weren't wiped down, so we cleaned the table ourselves. I was a little surprised. Usually it's pretty clean and service is fairly quick ?

The staff working the day shift on Saturday, 7/13/24, at Jersey Mike’s on Daisy Lane were the best I’ve encountered in many years at any other restaurant or service business of any type, especially James. Without stopping his work on another customer’s order, he made a point to welcome me and other incoming customers with a smile. James was the epitome of a perfect customer-service person. His co-workers, too, were all working as a team and exceptionally polite and hardworking. Best-of-the-best!
