Kabuki Express New Albany

Small seating area for how many people come in at a time, not too long of a wait about 5-10 minutes. There’s a bit of a language barrier but I could understand somewhat but loved the Raman not a fan of a soft boiled egg but other than that so good very tasty! Decor in the place was very cute and fit the style cute small place not too expensive.

Placed an order at 11:19. Slated to be ready at 11:40. I got the receipt for purchase. Arrived at 11:41 for pick up. I was told that order did not come through their system. I was told multiple times to cancel and reorder. Employee was unable to help me through the refund process. Kept repeating over and over to cancel and re-order. Was more worried about helping other customers. Still unable to find access on how to do this. Very disappointing experience as Kabuki Express is convenient and less expensive than most places. Won’t be back after this experience.

The food was outstanding (and the portion sizes were huge)! Everything was flavourful and high quality. Loved the hibachi and the passion fruit tea was to die for! The service was lovely, both ladies who checked on us were kind and friendly ☺️

By far the best experience at Kabuki, the sweet lady running the front of the house made it best time. The food was really tasty but she made it worthwhile, very kind and always asked if everything was good and if we needed anything even if she didn’t have to. 12/10 experience would highly recommend this place the best of all Kabukis!
