So here we are in a pandemic I set line for almost 35 minutes get up to the drive-through right before 8 they tell me they close at 8 was very rude and then said they were out of food all the other stuff I can be OK with no food fine not a big deal just the fact that she was rude alone makes it where I will never go back there again. Then I call Lee's chicken on the phone a huge shout out to them for making my experience special after having such a hard time at KFC.
I came through the drive-thru today at 11:43 a.m. I purchased the Chicken Little combo, and requested extra pickles. When I arrived at my destination to eat, I realized there were no extra pickles on my sandwiches. I took my first bite, because it's not worth driving back to KFC for pickles. That is when I realized that the bottom buns on the chicken littles were as hard as croutons. I drove back to KFC. Worst service. Extremely slow with getting order and receiving order. Took 23 mins to receive food in drive through.
