My husband walked in around 6:30 on a Saturday evening, waited, called out to ask if anyone was there...waited another 5 min. It was a ghost town! No one seemed to be home. So, we left and went home. No way to run a restaurant, especially a well-known franchise. Do better!

I got the chicken and chicken finger $30 meal.The chicken had No flavor to it and very dry... NOTHING LIKE IT USE TO BE.. Definitely not finger licking good anymore..Threw most of it in the trash...

I came in 20 minutes before closing and they were out of everything! I understand that they are about to close but 20 minutes is ample time to get food. The first 3 things I tried to order, tenders, nuggets, corn- they were out. the front counter guy had his friends in the lobby chatting instead of working. The friends were making snide remarks as I tried to order and got my drink.

I thought the whole point of ordering online is time it says what time it will be done but I get there after time like food supposed to be done at 115 I arrive at 120 no one has even started on it i get it at 140 I only have 30 min for lunch. not exceptable and i eat kfc probly 2 or 3 times a week.

If you're a veteran they go out of their way to give you a good Veteran's discount. Really nice of them. They make sure your order is right and are very polite when doing so. Great job.

Love their chicken. I prefer the one on Charlestown Road. The one State Street had a dead mouse near the door outside; and the staff went out back while they had food out and customers inside. Not so appealing. But the food is great when properly attended.

Waited 35 minutes for large mashed potatoes and gravy and a eight piece nugget meal, potatoes are small and not large it's like two tablespoons, but Change you for a large, it's craziness.

Asked for hot fries received cold fries!!! Ordered Korea BBQ nuggets barely any sauce on them went there at 8pm guess they were closing in a hour so they didn't care!!! This is the New Albany KFC on charlestown Rd!! Very disappointed next I will go to Lee's or Popeye's
