Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Every time we go, it seems to get worse. I used to love going here!!! Now it's always dirty and the food way over cooked . I thought it was a fluke until it continued to happen. We went today and there was no napkins and garbage laying all over the tables , floor, and counters. Someone came out and wiped the tables and wiped it without actually cleaning them . Hard to explain but as I was watching him he just moved food all over the tables and left it like that. There was only 3 people inside and 2 cars in the drive-thru. I love this place so I've been quite disappointed lately

I recently visited Lee’s Chicken, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! I got the three piece chicken meal and it was absolutely divine; the flavors melded perfectly together, with each bite delivering a juicy, satisfying crunch. The staff were friendly and quick, ensuring my order was fresh and served hot. The restaurant was clean and had a fun, vibrant atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for families and friends to visit. I will definitely be coming back!

Order 3-piece snack through drive-thru. Sierra helped and was pleasant.

I found 3 hairs in one wing. The manager Makayla is extremely rude and condensing. She made it known because they're a franchise that corporate would not help me. I asked her to hold for second and she rudely responded that I can just call back tomorrow to speak with the GM.

got ready food with the nicest front workers they were so kind and understanding and were very helpful

Food was bland, mac and cheese was watered down. Lunch for two people was $27. Had to listen to very loud religious music. Not a pleasant Atmosphere. Staff was fantastic, friendly and attentive, literally the only positive part of our experience.

Food wasn't that great. Me and my partner couldn't wait bc it's been a while since we both had Lee's. Well my food was hard like it had been there a while. My partners food was missing a side and biscuit. When we asked the employee for missing items we were met with rudeness. The 2 young guys upfront kept cussing at each other and then running off to bathroom together. I Normally don't care what happens just was annoyed from he way we was treated over their mistake. We will continue to drive all the way to Louisville for Lee's next time. They were dead so their shouldn't have been a issue.
