Little Caesars Pizza

I bought 2 pizzas and crazy bread on November 29 at night time. However the crazy bread had no type of crumbs on it or flavor on it. The pizza wasn't that fresh. The location in Jeffersonville is a little better than this one. I spent $20.00 and the food should cost like $20.00.

I made a delivery on the app little Caesars, after I placed the order, it was delivered shortly after. I ordered three Jalapeño cheese sauces, None of which came with the order. Once I realized nearly a minute after the order was delivered. I called the store and was told that They did not have jalapeño cheese, and it was out of stock. What I don’t realize is, why did the app not tell me this or the delivery driver. I already knew this was a lie because they just didn’t want to send someone out for delivery since it was just sauces. Then I was told delivery came from a third-party, Shortly after the call was about to end The employee said the delivery driver just pulled up. So I caught them in a lie again. This has happened several times before, but I did not make a complaint. I shouldn’t have to spend money on something that they can’t even provide. I talked to corporation already so hopefully someone gets spoken to about this because it’s a shame that this has happened so much.

Just walked in at 8, there was a young man at the counter who acted as he couldn’t waste his time to take my order. Then as I was waiting for the food to be finished, he just stared me down the entire time. Very unprofessional, on his phone at the front counter, and aggressive to say the least.

Food was good, fairly cheap, only problem I had is I found a strand of what looked like hair, but it was plastic, inside one of my bread sticks, thankfully I ripped the bread apart and it came right out, instead of me consuming it, steps should be taken to avoid something like that, so I was disappointed.

No hot and ready with at least 6 people working.

People pick on Little Caesars all the time but we're lucky to have a good one here in New Albany. Store is clean, service is quick and polite, food is always fresh and hot and tastes pretty good for how affordable it is. What more could you want?

its pizza nonetheless, not bad. butter garlic taste like movie theatre popcorn butter to me though, not a fan. pretty cheap for what you get though cant complaint.

I needed 10 pizzas short notice for a birthday party. I called when they opened and the person i spoke with was so nice and said no problem to my large order....everything was ready and hot when I picked up.

Ordered online it was ready when said as i checked the pizza to make sure it was made correctly all the toppings was on o e side i immediately asked the cashier who's name was Dimitri if i could get another one made with the toppings o the whole pizza without hesitation he said yes and told the employee in the back and he as well did it right away he was the most friendly, and nice gentleman i have encountered there.

Absolutely false advertising! Never do they have pizzas ready to go when you walk in. Tired of this location.

I was extremely unhappy with my entire order. My pizza was not a pretzel crust, it was regular crust with regular sauce they just they some salt on.... Ummm that doesn't make it pretzel crust, plus it was burnt. I also got Italian crazy bread it was way burnt. I mean hello it runs through the oven on a conveyor belt. It took 20 minutes for Little Caesars pizza, I mean I understand they can't always have everything hot and ready but 20 minutes I mean it wasn't even busy. I don't know what was going on but it was very disappointing and unlike normal service I've had at any Little Caesars including this one.
