Received a cold pizza. Went back to Marcos changed my order instead of the manager charging me the difference I ended up purchasing a whole new pizza. Currently my refund from the cold pizza is pending? The new pizza isn’t completely baked. I am not happy with this experience at all. Now I’m stuck with a med deluxe pizza that I’m sure will be wasted. Soooo disappointed. I’m not interested in free pizza or anything I’m just most likely will not return.

We placed an order over the phone for takeout and when I went to pick it up, even after waiting the 30 minutes I was quoted, it still wasn't ready, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes and as I'm waiting I see a mouse running along the corner of the walls, and there were like 6 other customers in the restaurant waiting on their food, so instead of saying something about what I had just seen in front of all the customers I waited until I was in my car with my food on my way home and called them("Marcos") and was put on hold and forgotten about for 12 minutes, I hung up and called back and finally talked to a "teenager" cause they were too busy for the manager to talk to me, so I was asked to leave a message and this is how that conversation went...Me: I just wanted to let you know that y'all have mice/rodents, I personally seen a mouse while waiting for my food...Employee: oh......we already knowMe: hold up?!?! Y'all already know?? And your not even trying to fix the problem?? Lol ok *click**We still ate the pizza tho and it was good but we're savages and don't give af lmao but eat at your own risk* ??

I ordered a pizza on Christmas at 5 pm was told a 2 hour wait, I received a call at 7:41 pm was told there was another 2 hour delay. I leave to go get my pizza and call when I'm half way there they tell me they are closed and I never receive my pizza . I have family over for the holidays and 5 kids who waited 4 hours for this pizza. Merry Christmas! I'll never do business with this place again.Vegetarian options: Would love to tell you but I never got my food.
