First time picking up a carryout order. The food was good and the customer service from Abby was exceptional. From the moment I walked up to the carryout counter to the moment I walked out the door, she made sure that my order was taken care of, my questions were answered, all that while she was handling other orders and other tasks. I had to ask her her name because I was so impressed with her managing all these tasks and being so gracious with me asking multiple questions as I wanted to make sure that I had enough meat for my group. Definitely one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!

We come to the new Albany Indiana location a lot and tonight was the first bad experience. Waited 1 hour and 20 min for food and was finally told because of a party of 60. I had taken my insulin before I knew this and I was getting weak cause of my blood sugar. We were never offered a discount or even a dessert. Server was great as usual but food wasn’t in his control

Excellent falling off the bone bbq! Wings are delicious and the made from scratch potato salad was incredible. In my family I am famous for my buttermilk pie (similar to a sugar cream pie), and theirs very nearly had mine beat! sweet tea was amazing also. These people WILL NOT disappoint. I had a very nice person take my order. I live hundreds of miles away, but ill be making the trip again, just for this food! 10/10 finger licking good!
