Nasty black guy in drive thru. So terrible I just asked for a refund when I noticed he'd also be the one to give me my food. To be worst he mocked me behind his managers back when she was trying to see what the problem was. And refund my money. Customer service is not his niche Apparently Google doesn't allow you to review a place more than once. Update: March 20, 2025 (2weeks later) I placed my order and noticed as I was pulling away from the menu there was a 0.40 uncharge. I asked the older white woman when I got to the window if I had been uncharged. She said "No, I can give you a receipt" She came back with my food and the receipt. Before handing it to me she said "well you got uncharged 0.40 because you got a large instead of a small sprite". I said to her "I didn't ask for a large sprite" she shoved my order out the window and stood there with her face tuned up at me. Didn't even offer to make it rt. Yeah it's only 0.40 but if you hit up each person that orders food today for just 0.40 that's a nice chunk of change for McDonald's.

Went there after work to get food for the family and left with two raw quarter pounders , cold fries and no sauce for the nuggets. Was told the ice cream was down and there was no tea. At 10 at night. The manager who was wearing purple was beyond rude and giving me attitude for just ordering . Didn’t offer a receipt and don’t give me one when I asked. Avoid this location at all cost. When I tried to call to let them know it said their phone was shut off so I couldn’t even make them aware of the issue.

This McDonald’s sucks, go to the one on Hausfeldt lane, they’re better. Service here is consistently slow, always forgetting parts of my order, don’t make McCafé coffees, and my biggest peeve is they don’t offer app deals like the other McDonald’s do and the food is more expensive!! For example, look at the price of the cookie boxes, they’re 7.99 here and 5.49 at the Hausfeldt location.

As a gluten free vegan I always skip mcds. My hubby goes to McDonald's and gets sick every time but still eats it lol. Google asked me to leave a review because I was there. They don't pay their employees enough especially for their above average pricing
The food at this restaurant is never appealing when I receive it. I have ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and have been disappointed on every order. The bread is the best thing about this sandwich and that is not saying much.

9:00 in the morning November 3rd 2024.
Multiple delivery drivers trying to pick up orders being told by young male manager that they are working on the orders, when they are not on the screen there is no ticket to be found there are no bags being worked on and they are being completely ignored while several drivers being sat there for over 20 minutes.
Worst part of all the young male manager looks like he is stoned as hell.
You all really need to get this stuff together.

Did you know a SE biscuit here is $5.16 w/ tax but on Grantline rd its only $3.52 w/tax ? Why is that? McHating this place on Charlestown rd. I ALWAYS get an messed up order and then employees, even management, will argue with me about what I just ordered. The MANAGER TOLD ME TO NOT COME BACK BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP. I WON'T GO BACK. Clean that place up! Get customer orders correct, or better yet, CLOSE DOWN and sell it to a different fast food restaurant, for all of us.
