every morning around 4-5 am their “system is resetting” and this can be up to an hour where they just refuse to serve anyone.

Disappointing service and food time and time again.
2:20am, mobile order, no one else in drive thru or inside, and yet I waited 10 minutes for a 6pc nugget that was barely above room temp.
Last visit waited 15 for curbside pick up. Two items, and both were bad. Sweet tea was warm, weak and watered down, not sweet at all. Large fry box was barely half full, and the half I did get was cold, mushy, not salted. How do you f-up two things that are already done they only need packaged, and both were bad!!
Both times, the employee didn't speak and acted as though he could barely make himself hand the order to me.

ordered a coke unsweetened tea & strawberry banana smoothie & BEC mcgriddle. they sent me a dr.pepper the mcgriddle (which had PLASTIC in it) & unsweetened tea.

If I could give less stars I absolutely would I sat and listened to many unpleased dissatisfied customers tonight.
The orders are wrong. The food isn't fresh. One customer had to refer her order three times they couldn't get it right.
The fries are in the bag instead of the containers . Portions of fries are scarce. Not being filled properly. Customer service sucks! I'm sorry but it does truthfully.
The employees even called the police on a middle age black man that came in to charge his phone. He was only here between 30-40 minutes. He laid his head on his hands that were on the table while it charged. He bothered no one . He was asked to leave by the police . She was only doing her job and also seemed sad to ask him to leave the restaurant. I spoke to her. She said mam I'm sorry I have to do what they ask. I only know what they told me.
The employees came out to eat their meals in the customer are. Four employees are at different times in the customer areas used their cellphones . Let it be known there was no lacking in their portions size of food. The fry boxes were stuffed full heaped over.
Do not eat here it's a waste of your good hard earned money and you don't get your monies worth or a satisfactory meal.
To make hou aware I don't live here. I don't know anyone here employee or customers and refuse to return bye will spread the word about this restaurant all the above .

Parking: Plenty because the food is not good and customer service is much worse
Bathrooms are very nasty. Treats customers poorly. More talking among employees than needs to be slowing down service provided hitting banging walls on the other side and you can here the conversations and cursing employees into the dining areas. They are talking about their personal lives at work rather than cleaning I have been and still listening to unattended beeps for timers on food vats.

Burgers were hard, dry, and crunchy. Tables were dirty and the toilet seat wasn’t even attached…
The manager realized he gave us an extra sand which so he came over and asked us if we had it. He then took it off our table after we had already unwrapped it, put it in a bag, and handed it to a different customer. That’s disgusting and I will never trust getting my food from here again knowing it could have been in anyone’s hands before getting into my own.
Night shift doesn’t care about anything and is incompetent, however day shift is always kind and we’ve had no issues there.

Incredibly slow even when not busy. Waited for 20 minutes in the drive-thru and I was the only car in the drive-thru!

Usually disappointing, no tray given for dine in, no receipt available due to volume and using kiosk which was out of paper so I can’t even write a proper survey using a code. Given takeout bag with sauces and drink cup missing so I had to wait extra… and had to wait extra initially because they’re calling a number out loud that I don’t know due to lack of receipt and them not announcing a table tent number.

Food was cooked well but any of the other front of house services today were total failures.

I thought a McRib had onions on it. What I got was meat off the bun 2 pickles of the other side no onions and slathered in sauce. Just nasty.
