First time here, definitely not the last! This was such a fun experience. The town was so cute, and the restaurant was no exception!! Chef Todd was wonderful. His menu was delicious and inspired. I truly enjoyed every bite!!

Had the best time at MESA! The drinks are just as good as the food. Loved that it is family owned & family staffed. Loved watching the chefs do their thing & hear their inspiration for the dishes and flavors they chose. Maybe next time we can sit at the bar. Thanks MESA! 10/10

It was different…We had the second show for the night so it could be different if you are getting for the first time. We were served late, there was no “hey guys sorry..” or anything like that. The dirty dishes from the set before were all over the “work space”, their personal car keys are sat next to the sink, where they are prepping food as well. The food didn’t really line up with the menu that we were told. The food was good, but they need a coordinator desperately.

You can either go to one of their live cooking shows sometimes they have two top chefs compete and sometimes they even become an incubator restaurant to help small businesses grow. The Vibes are awesome the food is always good it's so clean and the owners are very involved and so friendly explanation point

The atmosphere & experience was delightful! We were lucky enough to reserve our dining experience when Chef Tod Alexander was there. Every single course was a symphony. The servers were excellent as well. Can't wait ro return, when Chef Tod is there again!

This was my wife and I's 2nd time. We went about 2 weeks ago and the food and service were REALLY good.
The only reason I deducted a star is because we were sat at one of the tables off of the main counter. As I stated the food and service were awesome but you really don't get the same experience. The website does mention that it's possible to be sat there but my wife couldn't find were our tickets said we would be seated there.(It's possible we missed it) I would simply recommend patrons know before they arrive and/or offer a small discount at the tables.
Once again we loved it but it definitely wasn't the same experience we had the 1st time when we sat at the main counter!
We had a wonderful time at the live dining show! The chef made a delicious meal for us. Trivia was fun entertainment. I will attend more in the furure!

This is a super cool and unique dinner experience. There's a limited # of tickets sold per event so it feels very cozy and intimate. We had a great time. The one small downside for me personally was the fact that you could not view the menu for every event. It just depends on whether the guest chef submits one for them to put on the site. Would be great to see one for every event. Not a deal breaker though, and I definitely do recommend giving MESA a try.
