Bartender was super rude and wouldn’t let someone with us stay because their ID was expiring that same day. That person wasn’t even drinking but was asked to leave. Bad vibes and in door smoking.

Historic bar with live music and outside area. Locals and travelers stop in. Close to all the downtown shopping and historic sites. Many other bars and restaurants close by if you like to hop around and like many changes of scenery this is the area to visit. Well lit parking, safe and friendly area right across the street from a fire station.
Parking: Plenty of parking on the street, on the sidewalk if you ride a motorcycle.

We're in our 60's. We were asked to leave because one of us didn't have an id. We don't drink alcohol. We simply wanted a Burger.
Friendly atmosphere, good food and great staff.
An annual visit for us. We love New Albany and this is all part of going.
