Very nice people and prices weren't that bad

Chris and Kylie are both awesome. Friendly service and makes you feel special as a customer. Kylie is the best grill cook on this side of the Mississippi. I absolutely love her professionalism. Always so happy to make my sandwich in a superb way each time. I'm will go here at least once a week! Great crew!!!

We decided to give this place a try since we were in the area. The first thing we noticed was how very little meat was on the sandwiches we ordered. We ordered a Ruben and a Cheesesteak.

The flavor was good on both sandwiches though there was so little meat I questioned the price of the sandwiches.

The Ruben tasted like a Rueben but the slice of meat on there was hard to bite through.

The cheesesteak was the best of the two but highly lacking in meat and mushrooms.

Not sure why they are so stingy with the middle part of the sandwiches.

We had an ample amount of fries and they were made fresh.

The staff was friendly and attentive.

The store itself was under some remodeling at the time we were there so it didn’t look all that great and the door was left open on a pretty chilly day.

Overall our experience was mediocre and I can’t say that I would eat there again unless they start putting more meat on the sandwiches.

Pickup order: Purchased a wrap, paid for extra pepperoni and provolone cheese I didnt get it. All the toppings were uncooked, including the vegetables and the provolone cheese wasn't melted. Tried calling the store but the mailbox hasn't been setup.

Had a family member pick up food, when it got to the house the order was incorrect.
I went back and had them fix the sandwich, but when I got back the order was still wrong!
Poor customer service, make sure to check your sandwich!

Went in to get food after driving for the past 12 hours. When pulling in, I was already seeing the looks they were giving each other- annoyed. I went in at 9:30 to order one sandwich, and you would have thought I had went in at 9:59 and ordered 20. They were slamming things around while making the food to ensure I knew they were more than displeased with making my sandwich. I went to my car to check it and the sandwich is wrong. I have never been so uncomfortable with paying for a food service in my entire existence and now I’m tired and still hungry.

Haven't had a Philly cheesesteak from Penn Ststion in forever and was really looking forward to it. I ordered a Philly, they said OK, all that was on it was meat and cheese. Where was the onions, banana peppers, mushrooms, sauces, ect?? They said if you don't specifically ask for it, they don't put any if it on. But if I order a Philly, aren't you supposed to ask me if I want those things on it instead of just saying OK and giving me thr saddest sub I've ever eaten?! Will not be going back and sad as I was really craving one.

I got the chicken cordon Bleu and it was delicious. Place was very clean and staff was friendly. Food was made to order and tasted fresh.
