Great place, atmosphere and service.
From the moment we arrived the owners welcomed us and were so kind to accommodate us while waiting for a table👌, our waitress was the sweetest and the food was fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited tonight with a party of 14. We ordered at 7:45 and just received our food at 9:45. Some of the orders were wrong and we just went with the flow. Turkey ribs were good, but the service with receiving our food took over 2hours. I will not be back and they did compensate with three orders of fried green tomatoes.

The food was super delicious and the sever was super sweet. I spilled drinks and i was aggravated and she was super sweet and hugged me super nice people and the food is super good.

The food was delicious! The service was also incredible. Our server was so sweet and helpful and so was the owner of the restaurant. My family and I went to celebrate and we loved the food so much! Our experience was a 10/10. The music was also a vibe! Definitely recommend.

The service wasn’t good. The food was even worse… it took a long time for it to come out. When it did nothing tasted fresh. I was very disappointed!

so this place is a black owned restaurant WITH vegan options and with me being black and vegan i wanted to check this place out so bad! I went with the guy Im with & we had a terrible experience. They took forever coming to ask us what we wanted, then after we ordered we waited over** 45 minutes for our food when we were the ONLY people inside. Multiple employees came up asking if we were still waiting and everytime they said yes and they would go see why. almost everytime someone did that they never came back out to update us. when we finally said if our foods not ready in 5 minutes were just gonna leave.. they lied and told us our food would be out in just a minute. told us they were “preparing our plates right now!” - we waited over 10 more minutes before officially walking out. i am with a white man & im not gonna say they were racist..but i am going to say that that is how they made both of us feel. rather than communicating & saying something was wrong with the food or whatever the cause was - they repeatedly kept us waiting and never told us why. terrible experience. would never return.

I came to Platform with my family and we had a great experience! Our food was delicious and the drinks were strong! What I especially love is that they have vegan options as well as meat options so everyone has something they can enjoy. I ordered the oyster mushroom nuggets with veggie quinoa, and vegan collared greens (with jackfruit.) The food was so good I forgot to take a picture for the review lol. The entrees were served with a sweet potato corn muffin (also vegan) and it was all amazing! Even my non-vegan family members took a chance on the vegan options and were blown away at the flavor! We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! The food, the service, and the vibes are immaculate! This establishment welcomed my Soror’s and myself with great service and flavorful food. You will not be disappointed when patronizing this restaurant.

My Sorority’s chapter had lunch there and we were WELL taken care of! From the FIRST bite, we got the “itis”.
This establishment comes HIGHLY recommended!

Amazing food!! Nothing needed seasoning. Nothing was over seasoned! Everything was delicious, he curates great meals options for pork free, dairy free, and plant-based diners as well as plenty for those who have different dining needs! Great staff, bar, and vibe!!
