bought 2 dinners charged extra for sour cream took sour cream off taco salad, didnt get the 1.00 back from that but charged for extrssour cream on burrito, then charged for ranch dressing, so i won't be back i feel this place is out to get every dime off you they can

My meal and my wife’s meal were both over made with cilantro. We kindly asked if they could remake it with out it and they told me I had to pay for both extra meals including the two we did not eat/like. Ended up arguing to get our meals taken off as we both took 1 bite. Poor management

I'm very satisfied with my visit! Me, Husband, and three kiddos came in last night and the food was amazing! My husband got the carne asada and the meat was huge. He lovess a good big slab of meet for dinner . Almost just as much as me 😉. Anywho i'm very satisfied with my visit 10/10 recommend. I WILL BE BACK.

As soon as we order the food it was out a few minutes later. The food came out super fast. We thought we try a new place other than El nopal. That was a mistake. The queso was like water I did my chip in it brought the chip out there was nothing on my chip. There is three people who ordered. The food was not good. Did we complained or said anything back no. Just paid and left People say they love this place. I don't see how.

I've been here twice before 2-3yrs ago & was delicious. Went for lunch today while in the area & got a burrito that spose to had shrimp steak & chicken with chs sauce. I received just a spot of chs sauce, just literally 1 piece of shrimp & tortilla was cardboard not even heated properly. Didn't order a full meal, just a burrito & a tea. They charged me $28 & waiter said I can wait for a manager another 30min to get there to discuss the issues smh. No wonder the place was empty. Watery queso that slides off like water what little they give & lowest quality cook in the kitchen. The cashiers was very nice helped atleast take off $5. I won't be back. What a waste

We were served the most abominable steaks and wings at the Charlestown Road Puerto Vallarta restaurant today. They tasted like the chef didn’t know how to cook them or like he used bad chicken. We won’t be back!

I had the Chimichanga, it was good but the shredded beef was too salty. Excellent atmosphere and server! Highly recommend!

Been going there since I was a kid. I think it’s been there 20+ years now. Not much has changed, it’s delicious, the service is good, and the atmosphere is very nice. I love their chips and salsa especially!

It's been a long time. Food wasn't quite what I remembered. Chicken chimichanga was good, but it was spectacular not so long ago.
