Chips tasted heavily of mold, utterly disgusting. Chicken was burnt, often tasted like charcoal. Won't be returning.

Parking: Could not find a place to park and my husband being disabled there was no mark spot for disabled people to park which is a law against disabled people to access without access it made it very hard for him to enjoy

Called to place a order for pick- up. Someone was going to pick up order for me. Rather than putting to burden of remembering my order the simple thing to do was to call in for a carryout. Was told they do not take orders over the phone. Really!

There is no difference in someone standing in their store and giving them an order or telling them over the phone. I have stood in their store many times while someone makes carryout orders instead of taking my order. Poor business practice.

We came in on Sunday towards the end of their Sunday after church rush. The store was clearly short-staffed; there were several empty tables with food trash, napkins, and straw papers on them. They were out of the newest Lime steak meat entre, as well as ground beef. They were clearly not prepared for the number of patrons that they had during this time period. The sweet tea was WAY over-sweetened and under-brewed (if it's actually even brewed). It was basically slightly colored water with a boatload of sugar. The staff is very unpleasant in their interactions with customers, and then the first question that comes up on the card reader is, "would you like to leave a tip?" Would I like to leave a tip??? Heck No! This was my second and definitely last trip to this store. Someone, please bring back Moe's! Far better service and easier to navigate ingredient area.

Actually, here's a tip... hire more responsible people!

Filthy dining room - not one clean table with soda spilt on floor from one side of DR to the other. When brought to attention of staff that our group didn't have a clean table she looked down the line of employees & said we are kind of busy. Even when line disappeared no employee out of 4 came out to clean up for 15 min. There were customers at 7 tables, all eating at filthy tables. I wiped my own table & seat of food and drink. I have no desire to ever go back to this location again.

First and last time here. Nothing beats feeling like an inconvenience to employees when ordering food. Additionally there's a few sanitary concerns. Unfortunately this seems to be the reality for most food establishments nowadays, which is precisely why our family hardly orders out anymore. Costs too much to feel this dissatisfied.

Meat was SUPER skimpy for the price and Guac was unfresh/brown.... The real problem of the experience was how annoyed/bothered the employee was from the moment I walked through the door; I kept attempting to be kind and minimally sociable, but she was super mad before I even came in. (Didn't catch the name w/no tag, & she obv didnt give it lol... Young, nose ring, & tattoo of a flower & "DAY" on her right arm.) ?‍♀️

Her immediate 'rushing' & attitude/demeanor was giving "I hate u, & I hate it here" lol. She prob has her reasons I guess..... Anyways, not impressed by the service nor food w/barely any protein. $13 for basically chips & dip, served w disdain haha.
