We visited this location 12/26/25 and that will be the last time!
I was beyond disgusted that I trashed our food when I got home. Chicken was burnt to crisp beyond dry. The girl taking orders was slopping food around, cross contaminating foods. Bean juice in the queso, queso in the salsa as I watched her make peoples food and it didn’t even bother her. Talk about a mess!
The soda machine ice tray was over flowing with water leaking all over the floor creating a slip hazard.
The guy behind me ordered steak on his burrito which the same girl told him they were out. Kid next to her working jumps in and says sir I can cut you some up if you have a minute so at least someone was doing their job.
I see these older reviews of similar issues which doesn’t seem like anything has changed. Upper management doesn’t seem to care which is why the employees don’t care.
I don’t leave reviews very often unless something is serious and this made the cut.
We love Qdoba but this location gives it a bad name.

On the verge of being really bad. Came about 6:30pm last night. All items that should have been hot like meat, beans, and rice were cold. The pico looked like it was a week old. The ice tea was really good. $30 for a chicken bowl, 3 chicken tacos, and 2 regular drinks. Could have had much better food/experience a couple doors down at Puerto Vallarta for the same $30. Not a good value for the money.

Drove 30 minutes to get queso and chips at 8:30 PM. They close at 10 and they don’t have any that was hot. They would have to heat it up which it says it’s gonna take a while and they couldn’t serve it to me. Cold cause I was just gonna take it home and heat it up in the container. This isn’t allowed to I get our Santa if it was regular food it was queso either waythe 30 minute drive upsets me. I won’t be back to this location

For years I have went to this qdoba off and on hoping that it would get back to how it was about 10 years ago but this location is snake bit. Employees don’t even turn around when you walk in the door, food quality is poor, employees can not wrap burritos properly, and if you choose to dine on they don’t give you a tray and simply hand you a burrito in foil. I genuinely don’t know how this qdoba is still operating, corporate should get be hammering this manager to get it turned around. I believe it has been and still is a corporate owned store and not franchised. I wish this location would get their act together but from now on I’ll be driving the extra distance to the state street location.

This was terrible. This location was empty when I arrived and it was the worst I have been to, explaining why it was empty on a Saturday afternoon. The food tasted very drab and had none of the typical flavor, the bowl my daughter's food came out on had old food dried to it and the service was rushed and clumsy despite no one else being there. Will not return.

Went here with my family for lunch after a day out. After toasting my burrito shell the employee making it threw the shell across the counter which definitely rubbed me the wrong way. While making our food the employees dropped multiple ingredients and entirely failed to evenly distribute ingredients in the burritos, I'm used to this part and expect uneven bites when eating at qudoba but this location put all of the quac in 2 bites. My burrito was completely soaked by the time I got to eat it despite dining in, it quickly fell apart and was generally unappealing. My family also noticed issues with their food saying the black beans were off, the chips had a plastic-y texture and most tasted burnt or stale, all of the guac fell out of the burrito bowl when they opened it, and the salsa seemed completely unseasoned. All of the booths were also very messy with crumbs still on the table and worst of all they served the burritos on dirty plates. Unfortunately I didn't think to get a picture but my plate had a chunk of what I believe was crusty beans on it.
Overall I would not recommend eating here, other locations may be fine but this specific one is extremely unsanitary.

We walked in the door at 8. Door says you close at 10. They were breaking down the line, didn’t greet us, rolled their eyes because we came in, what do you want was the first thing we heard. Who knows how long food was sitting not down in the hot area because it was cold when we started to eat it. Didn’t know the medium guacamole was small, will never pay $5 for that again and it wasn’t even filled up (and he was only going to give me my kids meal chips before I said don’t I get chips with the guacamole, oh yeah I was going to do that). I’m not sure when we will return.

Nice place to grab a quick bite. Food was good. Prices were about 30% higher at the state street New Albany location compared to the Charlestown rd. Location. That comparison was the fact I reviewed their website for the Charlestown rd location but ended up going to the state street location because it was open an hour later.

Taste was ok, my quesadeas look like they were tossed in all fillings were all over the box. Look at the picture, it was bad! We had a $150 takeout order... we will go right down the street to Chipotle next time and here on out! It won't let add a picture wish it did.

On 05/15/25 at approximately 9pm I chose to stop at this location. Horrible service. The girl that was making the food was clearly under the influence of something. Her attitude was just ridiculous. As if the customers are bothering her. She ripped a whole in the tortilla for my Surf and Turf. She then decides to pick it up and dump it into another tortilla. Very sloppy and unprofessional looking. I asked for more sour cream because it was all stuck to the tortilla that she ripped open. Even that was an issue for her. She needs to be removed from the business. She is most definitely costing the company money. Long story short.. As long as I have air in my lungs I'll never return here to spend a single dollar. That one worker ruined it for me and my family.
