We love Rally's every time we give it a chance we end up disappointed and money wasted 😞 we order ahead every time to make things easier for us and the kitchen staff we stopped by last night on State Street location we passed many other food options hoping for a decent experience we knew better then to get our hopes up only one other car in the drive thru so I pulled up to the window the girl stared at me like I was bothering her and she didn't want to be there. she gave us our order and we had faith in the other staff we got home to find the order was only trash worthy all of the sandwiches were covered with condiments that we specifically asked not to be removed the fries were hard and burnt I also paid extra for double cheeseburgers Do yourself a favor go elsewhere we will not be going back 😡
