Failed to put cheese on my spicy chickens instead handed me sliced cheese to put on myself. Where is the customer service at when you couldn't get my order right and could not fix my food to how I ordered it.

Rally's is nothing fancy, but the prices are really fair. This location is also open late too, which is nice because most of the restaurants in this area of New Albany close at like 11 or earlier. It is nice to know there will be some quick grub available if I'm getting home late.

The manager at this rally was very polite and very helpful helping me select items from the menu all of our food was fresh and hot the 🍔 and the chicken sandwiches were delicious I will be back there i can truly say I've found a rally that serves everything hot and the service was extremely excellent I didn't have to wait long for my order like other places

I went there a little later last night and the drive through wassent working so I drove around and I saw the same girl js sitting in there on her phone last time I saw her she was out smokeing and it smelled like straight weed i DO NOT recxomend going here untill they find new staff i never got her name but she was a bigger dark skinned girl with short hair never comeing back🤦♂️
