Ordered 2 Rally burgers, 2 large fries, and a chicken sandwich. Pulled up to the window and paid, and was asked to pull around front. Sat there for 10 minutes and nothing. Finally had to go to the pick-up window and they told me they were waiting on my wings. I didn't order wings. Come to find out my order was sitting there getting cold. I won't be returning to this Rally's but I will be telling others what happened.

This Hass to be the best big Bufford I’ve ever gotten forgot to tell the young lady that I wanted it well done. Her name was Alex Brian was her manager and all I have to say is that she handled this situation so well I told her at the window I wanted my burger well done she went to the back she checked it to see make sure that it was well done. I didn’t believe her because it was kind of fast, but I tell you the whole time she handled me with a smile polite and my burger was right. I just want to thank you guys for doing such a good job.

The automated drive-thru thing said they'd get a customer representative. It took it nearly 5 minutes to get one all while it was taking other people's order. Poor customer service all together!!
