Recently found this gem. As someone who has searched up and down for healthy options locally, this is my favorite to date. Very good and the frozen meals are much better than most I’ve tried! Also I was able to grab a few half off and it was very affordable.

Ordered on Uber Eats today and didn’t realize the location was in New Albany! Even with the distance, everything showed up super fresh, flavorful, and still reasonably priced, even with third party delivery fees! You can tell they’re using real, quality ingredients, and the food feels healthy but still satisfying. Everything had great flavor, nothing soggy or bland like delivery can sometimes be!
What really stood out is how many solid, healthy options they have & it’s not just the usual options. It’s nice to find a spot that doesn’t feel heavy but still hits the spot. Definitely adding this to my regular rotation!

I’ve tried several meal delivery services and meal prep options (including doing it on my own) but *Ready Set Prep’d* blows them all out of the water! Their meals are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned with macros included, making it effortless to stay on track with your goals. The convenience alone is worth it — by the time you buy bulk ingredients and prep everything yourself, you’re already spending more. With Ready Set Prep’d, everything is done for you, and all you have to do is heat and enjoy… or enjoy a cold salad, sandwich, etc.
Their weekly meal options are always on point, and the made-to-order lunch menu is a game-changer. I often forget to order my meal prep by Thursday and end up placing a big made to order lunch order instead (sorry guys lol). They will pack your made to order lunch “cold/meal prep” style for the week as well. Their breakfast bowl is one of my current favorite items - it’s packed with so much flavor! The taco bowl hits the spot every time, and their new vegan quesadilla? Absolutely bomb.
Speaking of vegan options, they absolutely nail it! They can cater to almost any dietary guideline and make vegan meals using tofu, chickpeas, dairy-free cheese, and their signature vegan sauces that add so much flavor. The staff is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help you find options that fit your needs.

I popped in here needing a quick lunch on the go. There was a case of cold items to go and a menu to order hot items. I ordered the taco bowl and it was hot and ready in about 2 minutes. Everything was seasoned well, the bowl had a perfect mix of flavors and textures, including just the right amount of sauce, and the lettuce was really fresh. Delicious!

I got two ground turkey lettuce wraps, my husband got the fall salad. Food was fast, very fresh, and so freaking good. I feel like I could have been fine with one order(120 calories), it felt pretty filling, but I wanted to eat five. You know when something just taste good so you don't want to stop eating it. We're definitely coming back. Pick up was fast, building was clean, website lists allergens. As advertised 5 stars. 0 complaints. -editing my review to add this, Came back, got the peanut noodles and the website had an option for zucchini noodles! I'm not eating gluten right now. You can tell the menu is made by an actual chef. It was amazing. Flavours were so well balanced, the jalapeños were perfect, not too spicy taking away from the flavour, not too pickley, just so good. I literally drank the sauce after I finished it. The only complaint I have now is that they don't sell bottled sauces because id put thag stuff on everything. Staff is friendly, drive though was very quick/convenient.

We love that they always have a meat and vegetarian SOUP option, and that they rotate them. We have ordered several times and everyone finds new favorites. We love when they have the sweets like the chocolate protein donut, and chocolate peanut butter balls. The overnight oats our one of our favorites, and meal preps so wonderful for work. Chicken salad is some of the best we have ever had! Delivery through restaurant is always easy, online ordering is fantastic, packaging is sturdy, and done considerately, customer service is amazing. We love supporting you all! Thank you for what you do! P.S. Please bring back the peanut butter banana waffle!!!! It was our favorite thing to order every time to share!

Was by far the least expensive thing we have ever dashed, and actually tasted fresh, crispy, and delicious. We just recently discovered this place have not been in the establishment so can’t speak on that. Would have posted waffle….but I ate it. 10 out of 10. The wrap needs a house sauce. But it delicious.
