I really wanted to try this location and most of the reviews aren’t good and the owner never responded to any of these complaints

I called to place an order for a special that they had to try your pizza I buy pizza for my workers I wanted to try your pizza and contribute to your business, I called to order and Richale had my call I asked him what my protein options were. She got upset and told me that she had already told me about them. I told her that if she could mention them again, she got upset and hung up on me. I called again to talk to the manager. She told me that she was the manager. I wanted to talk to the owner and she told me that she was the owner. I took the time to go to his establishment and give him the coupon I had received in the mail and told him that I didn't really need a free pizza, I just wanted to try his product because I order for my workers, which I thought was very thoughtful of him. He treated me that way on the phone, even though I was there, he behaved very rudely, I told him it wasn't the way to do business. I really don't know how they can have this business if they treat customers this way. I didn't want to. nothing free I just wanted to try the product and order with my workers I told her that I was willing to pay for extra on the Pizza that I was going to receive for free that if I could put protein but the girl was very upset I don't know why I do think they can't do it That job should not be present, the problem here is that people like this guy harm the owner of the establishment and if she owns it, then I don't think she will be successful.

Pizza was burnt would never go back or again.

Took almost 2 hours to make the pizza after being told 30-40 minutes. They forgot about it and remembered when asked about the pizza again.

Yeah, this place was terrible service wise . It was loud it was obnoxious when ordering didn’t even offer us a drink just got straight to the point get your order and get out. It’s basically the mentality of this place I can see why it has a 3.7 this place was

I love Spinellis in all, but y’all got me messed up with the 21 and over rule. We called 3 times to try a do a curbside order and nobody picked up. Mf just tryna get some pizza :(

Not cool to trash my car with your menu.

Ordered my pizza and apps for pick up, paid extra for extra sauce on the pizza, xtra sauces on the side. Of the 6 that were ordered, I received 2 of one and none of the other. I set an order time of 6:15 to which I received a "your order is ready" text 15 minutes earlier than my order time. I arrive right on time at the time I expressed, I received the order, I ask, and the sauces are in the order? I received a yes (they were not) The pizza and bread x2 were dryer than the Sahara Desert, no sauce but ya charged for extra on the pizza too. Oh and cold too. Perhaps I'm just not a New York style pizza girl.

First it is important to know that this place is located inside the bar that you see on the corner, so don't bring your children (not that it's a bad thing just wanted to warn anyone who was thinking of bringing minors) My husband and I just tried this spinellis for the first time tonight and I will start on a positive note by saying the girls working were amazing, great customer service, super informative, and just overall very nice, we ordered a margherita pizza and pepperoni knots, I was so excited for this pizza but unfortunately we got home and the dough was not cooked, it was raw and chewy which ruined the entire pizza, however the pepperoni knots were pretty good. I would give them a second try if I knew for sure the dough would be cooked on the next trip, when I saw it was raw, when we picked up the slices they just dropped and everything fell off, it was actually cold raw dough.

I loved everything about this place. The pizza took time, but it was so worth the wait! It was hot, rich, and delicious. We got the 18" for 4 people and it was way more than enough. The staff was amazing and answered all our questions and were so professional.There was live music and a HUGE PLUS is that I got to have my dog there. She got to hang out with us and enjoy the experience as well. Definitely recommend and would definitely go again when I'm in the area. Another thing to note..... I'm not a huge fan of pizza.

Was very disappointed! Crust was very undercooked and toppings were minimal. Won't revisit! You can get a better pizza at Papa John's.
