I rarely leave reviews because I usually do not have time to, but today I had to make an exception for Shawn! I have been to many Starbucks locations, and he is hands down the best barista I have ever encountered. I mistakenly sent my order to the wrong store and didn't realize it until I reached the window. Shawn quickly resolved the issue and made my drinks right there. On top of that, he would not even accept my tip! Overall, he is an amazing person who absolutely deserves a raise or some type of shoutout. His customer service is the best I have ever experienced! Huge shoutout to him!

Kinda disappointed. I’m a long-time customer of this location and have spent a lot of money here over the years.
Today, I stopped in with my girlfriend to hang out for a little while before work, and we were told the lobby was for paying customers only—that we’d have to buy something or leave. This is the same place that once pressured me into buying a $30 Starbucks bottle in front of other customers.
Loyalty used to mean something. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Was at this Starbucks with my friend for at least 30 minutes without purchasing something. The general manager (as I was told by an employee) appeared after a while and asked a non-white man who has not purchased anything, to buy something or leave; and left us be, despite us being there longer without purchasing something.
I was taken aback by the ignorant behavior and my concerns were dismissed when I pointed them out to an employee.

About 3 guests who have already received it and a guest at the drive in every 3-5 minutes. After 20 minutes, only my sandwich, which I had ordered together with freshly brewed coffee, was on the counter without an announcement. An I-n-g-o spelled in English became Ingle. It was rather funny, but it fits with the work attitude of the 5 to 6 girls, who prefer to stand at the corner and neither clean the 8 small tables and seats nor refill the towels in the toilet. After 30 minutes I asked for my coffee. It was probably forgotten and I got it personally to the table within 8 minutes. And even though it was dirty and the girl could see it clearly, it wasn't cleaned. WOW! I'm happy to pay more if the quality and service are good. The service also means that I don't feel the need to shower when I leave the store. I had to get this out of the way so that management can react. I have been self-employed for over 30 years and have my own restaurant in Germany. So I know the basics of the industry. But the coffee was good. The sandwich wasn't my taste.

This is not the drink I ordered. Its suppose to be completely frozen with strawberry puree for the iced energy frozen citrus and instead looks like strawberry puree mixed with ice blended with milk. My boyfriend usually likes the drink when I get it but said it tastes like milk and he's lactose intolerant. This was from the Starbucks in New Albany IN on state street and I don't recommend!

I can't remember names but I was simply touched by this group of works this evening I wish that I knew how to get them the recognition that they so deserve. Not only were they kind and simply amazing but I had an issue with my card so they covered the rest of my bill for me we told them we were coming right back and the sweet guy who had helped us refused to let me pay him back so I made sure to the tip box before leaving but they were all so sweet and amazing they got my order just eight and when I came in they were all hard at work paying such attention to detail and the drinks they were making the three of them working tonight all deserve to be recognized for their work kindness and merit thank you guys so very much
