So slow! Why am I waiting 15 minutes after my order is supposed to be done and I still don’t have it? This happens every time I’m here

Yesterday I ordered a pumpkin cream chai latte and they made a regular Chai latte. Fine, whatever...drank it anyway. Today, from pulling up to the order screen to pick up window, it took 20 minutes from ordering to get to the pick up window. 6 cars ahead of me, took forever for everyone to get their order. I couldn't wait any longer once I got to the window, the order wasn't ready and I still hadn't paid yet. I left because waiting 20 minutes in line was ridiculous and I had 20 minutes before having to start work near by. Ridiculous at how slow paced they moved. Inside didn't look busy either, so no excuse for each customer to take more than 3 minutes to wait for one drink.

I went inside to place my order. It took legitimately THIRTY minutes for them to make my one drink. None of the employees had any sense of urgency. Very disappointed

This place has gone way downhill. For a significantly better experience, make the trip to the Charlestown Road location.
This Starbucks usually pretty busy but they’ve always done well to deliver great service and products. I work in customer service so it’s nice to see great service in other areas. Something I noticed the most was the cute notes they wrote on my cups staying “stay strong” and “enjoy” it’s the little that’s matter and can really make someone’s day regardless of the busy hours and chaos that goes on inside!

Place to order for a venty iced London Fog tea latte. The first drink I was handed was a Grande hot tea no milk. I said it was incorrect, the girl remadeThey remained it second one still not correct, has no milk in it. All they did was put tea bags in the hot water and the vanilla syrup. Don't have something available if you don't know how to make it.

I don't know what is going on but every single drink I get is burnt and disgusting. Not to mention getting rid of coffee cake? I've put off making espresso at home just because of the up front cost but at this point there's no reason to keep coming here and wasting my time and money on something that I inevitably won't drink.

I rarely leave reviews because I usually do not have time to, but today I had to make an exception for Shawn! I have been to many Starbucks locations, and he is hands down the best barista I have ever encountered. I mistakenly sent my order to the wrong store and didn't realize it until I reached the window. Shawn quickly resolved the issue and made my drinks right there. On top of that, he would not even accept my tip! Overall, he is an amazing person who absolutely deserves a raise or some type of shoutout. His customer service is the best I have ever experienced! Huge shoutout to him!

Kinda disappointed. I’m a long-time customer of this location and have spent a lot of money here over the years.
Today, I stopped in with my girlfriend to hang out for a little while before work, and we were told the lobby was for paying customers only—that we’d have to buy something or leave. This is the same place that once pressured me into buying a $30 Starbucks bottle in front of other customers.
Loyalty used to mean something. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Was at this Starbucks with my friend for at least 30 minutes without purchasing something. The general manager (as I was told by an employee) appeared after a while and asked a non-white man who has not purchased anything, to buy something or leave; and left us be, despite us being there longer without purchasing something.
I was taken aback by the ignorant behavior and my concerns were dismissed when I pointed them out to an employee.
