The people working locked the doors an hour early and when I attempted to open the door I saw them in the bback. No one opened the door. They just didn't want to work i guess?

About 3 guests who have already received it and a guest at the drive in every 3-5 minutes. After 20 minutes, only my sandwich, which I had ordered together with freshly brewed coffee, was on the counter without an announcement. An I-n-g-o spelled in English became Ingle. It was rather funny, but it fits with the work attitude of the 5 to 6 girls, who prefer to stand at the corner and neither clean the 8 small tables and seats nor refill the towels in the toilet. After 30 minutes I asked for my coffee. It was probably forgotten and I got it personally to the table within 8 minutes. And even though it was dirty and the girl could see it clearly, it wasn't cleaned. WOW! I'm happy to pay more if the quality and service are good. The service also means that I don't feel the need to shower when I leave the store. I had to get this out of the way so that management can react. I have been self-employed for over 30 years and have my own restaurant in Germany. So I know the basics of the industry. But the coffee was good. The sandwich wasn't my taste.

This is not the drink I ordered. Its suppose to be completely frozen with strawberry puree for the iced energy frozen citrus and instead looks like strawberry puree mixed with ice blended with milk. My boyfriend usually likes the drink when I get it but said it tastes like milk and he's lactose intolerant. This was from the Starbucks in New Albany IN on state street and I don't recommend!
I can't remember names but I was simply touched by this group of works this evening I wish that I knew how to get them the recognition that they so deserve. Not only were they kind and simply amazing but I had an issue with my card so they covered the rest of my bill for me we told them we were coming right back and the sweet guy who had helped us refused to let me pay him back so I made sure to the tip box before leaving but they were all so sweet and amazing they got my order just eight and when I came in they were all hard at work paying such attention to detail and the drinks they were making the three of them working tonight all deserve to be recognized for their work kindness and merit thank you guys so very much

I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. I was trying to make a quick stop for coffee on my way somewhere with a time restriction. I got stuck in the line and couldn’t even back out. Worst experience.

Second time I order and the store is closed when it should be open. Perhaps have at least two staff that are scheduled to open can instead of relying on one employee. The mid shift employee had to come in early and did the best she could. Not her fault, I blame management
