My batista every morning is amazing, friendly and I wish every Starbucks had one just like her! She has the personality to get me pumped up in the morning! This is the one in New Albany on Charlestown Road!

My daughters accidentally picked up someone else’s drinks one evening. They were embarrassed and called me. I called the manager and offered to pay for the drinks they took and she told me not to worry about it. She was so kind and understanding!

This location is so hit or miss for me. 9/10 I go through the drive-thru and the attendant there is very nice... but then also, 9/10 my coffee nowadays is terrible. I don't know if it's the Baristas that don't know what they're doing (like today, I ordered the eggnog latte, but can clearly taste where the person before me ordered a peppermint, and they didn't clean out their utensils before making mine), or, Starbucks has just changed their recipes THAT much the last couple of years. It seems like most drinks went flavorless and/or a different taste in 2023.
It's just crazy to me to charge what they are for a coffee, it not be made correctly, and then be expected to tip on top of that? Somebody do something.

The coffee is the best, the baristas are super friendly! I work nearby and visit frequently and have never had anything less than a great experience.

My husband and I just left this Starbucks, we went through the drive through for two lattes. My husband asked for two raw sugars in his latte, the barista was super ditzy acting and seemed to have an extremely hard time taking our very simple order. He had to tell her numerous times what it actually was. Once we got up to the window to get our drinks, my husband noticed three employees standing there, two women and a man. They were all laughing and looking at his drink. One of the women, whom was later said to be the manager took out her phone and took a picture of his drink before they put the lid on it. They then gave us the drinks. My husband wanted to know what they were laughing at so he took the lid off, and this is what they all thought was so funny. This is absolutely unacceptable, disgusting and horrible unprofessional behavior! We will not return to this location again, and frankly makes us not want to return to any Starbucks location! We asked to speak with the manager, we were told that the lady that took the picture was the manager. (Whom disappeared .) Then a man came over and asked what the problem was, he tried defending it and said the lady did the image by accident and just thought it was funny. He said he was the one in charge and asked if we would like them to make us another drink. We honestly didn’t want to drink the ones they gave us as we were feeling very uncomfortable and honestly a little violated and humiliated, and just wanted to get out of there.
We will be reaching out to the owner and Starbucks corporation, come Monday morning.
As this is absolutely unacceptable!

Just getting run into the ground at this point. Everything tastes burnt or it's a cup of milk. The difference in taste between this year and last year is jarring and disappointing. I used to look forward to fall every year for the coffee. No point in spending an hour trying to have it remade 5 times if it's just how they're made now. If the goal is to get people to stop coming then congrats, you're right on the mark.

Extremely kind staff. They know many people by name and are very welcoming. I’ve been here many times and have always left very happy with the experience. Today they made my birthday extra special and I appreciate it so much!

We are always go to Starbucks and get my same coffee and egg bites this morning. The lady told me our card reader has been acting silly today so she puts my card in put my card in again. Put the card in again. She put it in like four times and it kept declining it so maybe you locked my card up so she had already hand me my food in my drink and told me do you have a different form of payment I said no only have my card and she said was not working you’ll have to give me the items back And I said let’s call this card in front of you cause I have around $100 on here called the card letter C and hear what it said and she said well you can’t have your items.

Always good but the price point is getting ridiculous! The app perks are almost nonexistent. Consider making your own. I intend to start.
They have the best customer service and these days that's very hard to find. I really appreciate good customer service and you can tell this business really makes that a priority. I never give five star reviews and this place deserves every every star I've given.
I ordered in the mobile app and I went through the drive through, they had it ready as soon as I pulled up. I was there tor a minute or less! Thank you for the speedy service 🫶🏻
