A girl named Amanda at the Cash register, (who made it clear right off the bat that she is a “supervisor”) was so incredibly rude both in her words and her demeanor. I am not sure if she was just having a really bad day but taking it out on customers is not something that someone in any type of supervisory role should be doing. She treated us so poorly right from the start that by the time I got halfway through our order I had decided it was best to take our business down the road to Coffee Crossing. We left after she became threatening to me and my small child. I’ve never had any experience like this before nor have I ever left a review like this but this location needs to remove her or retrain her if they want this new location to succeed.

First time I’ve ever stopped at one. Not a coffee drinker. But my girlfriend was given a gift certificate from a coworker. We both had a delicious cup of hot chocolate. She had peppermint put in hers and really liked it. Probably have to stop in and do this again. Service was friendly and fast!

This Starbucks is close to my church and I love how convenient it is to get breakfast before Sunday morning service! The double bacon sandwich is my favorite! ? My family is becoming regulars. ??
