i wish i could give this place 0 stars. worst service and experience ever. impossible to order here, they messed up everything about the most simple veggie sandwich. they dont know how to do their jobs. they didn't put cheese on my sandwich and when i asked for them to simply give me a couple pieces of provolone he took my sandwich and opened it up and fondled everything in it in the drive through window where everyone handles money. nastiest place ive ever been too. disgusting hygiene and horrible attitudes. threw our food around and got rude when i asked for them to make it properly. pointed and yelled at me and my friend. never going back and i hope they lose their jobs.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t refund my food through a mobile order after I called to cancel within 6 minutes of placing order because it was the wrong restaurant. Terrible customer service and will not be going to this establishment again.

I visiting the subway location on Charlestown Rd New, Albany IN on 11/20/2024. While waiting at the drive up window I observed a little girl (maybe 2 years old) behind the counter on the employee side of the restaurant. The child pulled several subway drinking cups from the dispenser and placed her mouth on the cups. The child even appeared to place a cup over her mouth and then sucked in to suction it to her face. She then placed the cups back into the dispenser. I’m sure these cups then got distributed to the next customers that came through. The drive in employee was in sight and was even talking to the child as she did this. I send a complaint to subway but I have not heard anything back for over two weeks. There is no corporate customer service number listed anywhere that goes through to anyone. With RSV, COVID, Flu, and other illnesses going around right now, I found it unacceptable to allow a child to contaminate cups that would be given to possible health fragile people. Unacceptable and poor customer service. There appears to be absolutely NO accountability for employees or franchise owners as there is no way to reach corporate subway. The only method is through the online system which they haven’t replied to. The rating of 1 star for the food quality was given because we could not enjoy or eat the food after seeing the unsanitary conditions at this location.

The employee was courteous, fixed the sandwiches just as we asked for, and threw in a cookie for the baby. We had a coupon for 2 footling subs for $12.99, great deal.

Went to this Subway to get food. While our food was being made, the women got upset to be making it. After the food was done, women waited 15 minutes (and many card declines) later to tell us cash only. Left without our food. Don't waste your time.

On the store door it says they close at 9, but they close their lobby much earlier than that and still accept online orders. Extremely difficult to simply pick up the sandwich; they should've not accepted the order if they weren't going to let anyone in.

Placed an online order at 1:25pm with an estimated time to be picked up at 1:50pm. Arrived early around 1:40pm, worker proceeded to keep taking walk ins instead of making my order (after being alerted that I was waiting on an online order). At 2:10 I asked if she was working on my order and still did not start it

This subway has terrible service. The owners wife can't speak english, she yells at you through the speaker, can't get orders right, and then acts like you owe them something!!!!! It's clear that she despises Americans.

I’ve been bringing my daughter to this location for a while and just realized they’ve been ripping us off every single time. She gets 1 sandwich always the same way. It’s was suddenly $4 cheaper last week. And that would apparently be because they forgot to overcharge me that time but it set off my bells so today when we came again it was again more expensive than any other location (no extras ordered at all) I actually looked at the receipt this time and see I’ve been charged for the ELITE sandwich that I absolutely never ordered. The sandwich was ordered normal the way it comes no extra anything. So they got a good $20 from me before I noticed. Beware. Won’t ever use this location again

They supposed to be open at 9 a.m doors locked lights off when I got there called they said they are open How are you open when the door is locked this location sucks won't be back #bad customer service
