Just started ordering from this location. After a couple of tries we will not be coming back. Placed an online order approximately 20 minutes before we were to pick it up for ASAP pick up. Arrived at the store The sandwich was still not ready and they told us we had to wait until the time that the app said it would be ready to even start the sandwich. Workers were rude not helpful and I know they could have started the sandwich anyway. Horrible customer service restaurant was dirty will not return

The guy who runs this place isn't smart at all. Online it gives you the opportunity to turn your footling sandwich into a meal for 2.99 more. It also lets you do that while adding a coupon code on the promo before checking out. He isn't aware of that and tells me I have to get a fountain instead of a 20 ounce when clearly I already ordered it online. Nobody wants a fountain from this place because these people are dirty. I got to the other subways now.

I want to love this place. The vegetables were nasty and clearly got too warm. I should have left but I wasn't paying attention until it was too late. The mountain dew was not mountain dew. When the ladies are working, this place is fun and great. When the guys are working, I need to just quit trying to eat there, I guess.

I ordered the turkey, bacon and avocado wrap. It was amazing. Super quick service, friendly and clean. This is my neighborhood Subway so I will be a returning customer.

I've been to this location before to pick up sandwiches for my daughter and me. They do a great job filling up the sandwiches AND making them look great!
Today, my dad, daughter, son, and I ate inside, and they were friendly and even gave my kids a special Subway Kids Game board. It is pretty cool!
The place itself is quite clean on the inside, and the bathroom was well kept, too.
We'll definitely be returning more often.

i wish i could give this place 0 stars. worst service and experience ever. impossible to order here, they messed up everything about the most simple veggie sandwich. they dont know how to do their jobs. they didn't put cheese on my sandwich and when i asked for them to simply give me a couple pieces of provolone he took my sandwich and opened it up and fondled everything in it in the drive through window where everyone handles money. nastiest place ive ever been too. disgusting hygiene and horrible attitudes. threw our food around and got rude when i asked for them to make it properly. pointed and yelled at me and my friend. never going back and i hope they lose their jobs.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t refund my food through a mobile order after I called to cancel within 6 minutes of placing order because it was the wrong restaurant. Terrible customer service and will not be going to this establishment again.

I visiting the subway location on Charlestown Rd New, Albany IN on 11/20/2024. While waiting at the drive up window I observed a little girl (maybe 2 years old) behind the counter on the employee side of the restaurant. The child pulled several subway drinking cups from the dispenser and placed her mouth on the cups. The child even appeared to place a cup over her mouth and then sucked in to suction it to her face. She then placed the cups back into the dispenser. I’m sure these cups then got distributed to the next customers that came through. The drive in employee was in sight and was even talking to the child as she did this. I send a complaint to subway but I have not heard anything back for over two weeks. There is no corporate customer service number listed anywhere that goes through to anyone. With RSV, COVID, Flu, and other illnesses going around right now, I found it unacceptable to allow a child to contaminate cups that would be given to possible health fragile people. Unacceptable and poor customer service. There appears to be absolutely NO accountability for employees or franchise owners as there is no way to reach corporate subway. The only method is through the online system which they haven’t replied to. The rating of 1 star for the food quality was given because we could not enjoy or eat the food after seeing the unsanitary conditions at this location.

The employee was courteous, fixed the sandwiches just as we asked for, and threw in a cookie for the baby. We had a coupon for 2 footling subs for $12.99, great deal.
