This place is disgusting. Burned the meatballs on my kids sandwiches. Lettuce was brown and discolored. Stomach was upset after eating here.

Usually one tray of chicken teriyaki goes on 6 inch of the sub, perhaps they are trying to fill it in a foot long. Does it make really good profit?

I see that this place is still getting negative reviews due to their obnoxious employee. The owners assured me that this would be addressed. I'm having doubts about that now. The public doesn't deserve to have to endure this miserable person's abuse, and the owners allow it by keeping him there.

Man making food had just touched cash. Then pulling his pants up and brushing his shirt off while the plays food was in the oven. I was disgusted and just left. No changing of clear gloves

Wish there was zero stars the man who serves us was so impolite kept on telling us "hurry up, hurry up" he was not friendly to me or my grand mother it was just horrible. Maybe spend time hiring good people instead of making fake reviews.

I took my son there yesterday and there was no one out in front so I said “hello” to where someone in the back could tell we were there. I was not rude at all, just trying to let someone know I was there. A guy yelled back “wait a minute” to which I was a little surprised but I shrugged it off. The guy came up to the front and said “can I help you?” So I looked at my son to see what he wanted. My son was deciding what he wanted and said “ummm” to which the guy shouted back “speak up!” I looked at him and just said never mind and walked. He was so randomly rude that it was almost amusing. I will definitely have to make sure I go to the Sellersburg location where it’s cleaner and the employees are nice.

would give zero stars if i could. my mother and i placed a curbside order yesterday and when the guy brought it out he was aggressive and literally tossed our food at us muttering something under his breath. we ignored it and said thanks. i ordered a pretzel that comes with a side of cheese, i didn’t get the cheese so my mom went back in. he argued with her and said it costed $2 and that the pretzel wasn’t supposed to come with cheese, it literally shows on the app that it does. anyways, the pretzel was cold and hard, wasn’t even heated up. and my mom almost had to throw down over a cup of cheese sauce. and before all this even happened it took the guy forever to bring our order out because he was sitting at the table in front of the window.

We went there between baseball games and the employee was extremely rude. He thought he was being funny with his comments, and at first we kind of joked along with him, but he increasingly got worse as we were there. My son asked to have his sub toasted and the guy mumbled something. We were distracted talking with the customer head of us that we didn't notice he didn't toast the sub. He tried bagging our sub up with the customer in front of us. We told him we weren't together and he acted inconvenienced and took ours out and shoved it in another bag. There was no place to sit inside so when we got to the car my son got his sub out, which was a pizza sub on flatbread, and it was ice cold. He took it back inside and asked the guy to toast it and he refused saying I won't toast that. My son said every other subway does and his response was "well I won't". My son came back out and told me what happened. I took it inside and waited while he was helping someone else. He stopped and asked what I needed so I asked him if he would at least put it in the microwave for a few seconds. He acted angry and threw it in the microwave for 2 minutes saying I don't toast those because it makes the bread hard. Um yeah that's what happens to bread when you toast it .. While it was microwaving and he was making another customer's sub I said sorry my son won't eat it ice cold. The guy then proceeded to pretend like he had my kid in front of him and was hitting him upside the head with hand gestures. After a minute I asked him if he could at least open the door of the microwave because it was probably warm enough and he wouldn't, said he was making other subs for the customers in front of me. I get that, but it doesn't take a second to reach behind you and open the door to stop it. By the time the 2 minutes were over he got the scorching hot sub out of the microwave and handed it to me. I had grabbed handfuls of napkins because I knew it would be extremely hot and he would do that based on his attitude, and it was and he did. I know, I asked for it to be warmed up, but that was extreme when he could have just popped it in the toaster to begin with but refused. As I was leaving he started making smart remarks about people like us who spend money on baseball. We will never go back to that subway!
