Apparently I parked in a parking spot that had a curb side order sign off to the side of it ...not in front of it...off to the side. I was walking in to Bearnos next door, along with 2 other people that pulled in separately, all in trucks. Some maniac pokes his head out of the door screaming "hey you in the truck, you can't park here". All of us turned around thinking who's this nut talking to. I asked the guy "can't park where?" He didn't say anything and went back inside. Nothing says warm and welcoming like screaming at a group of people across a parking lot.

Do NOT waste your time. New owners and new management. The food is old and gross and the managers are very nasty to customers. Also they don’t accept coupons and they close their store hours before the sign says they do but ? what do i know?… just don’t go here. Charlestown Rd is way

Just left the place and the employee workin the counter stayed active and attentive to my order. I'm the type to get a lot of toppings/condiments and many times employees have trouble folding the sandwich but she managed to fold it with no issue at all! Have a great day!

My sub was poorly made . I ordered two subs and one was just turkey and bacon and one was a veggie sub with extra veggies . The veggie sub was poor and looked like someone decided to just pour scraps on my sub !Definitely just lettuce and pickles , and very little else . Very disappointing.

The sub I purchased was a recommendation from the associate that waited on me. The associates were nice and professional. The store was clean as were the associates and their appearance. The specific store is in need of help. Their are only two employees.Vegetarian options: More than enough options.Kid-friendliness: This store has plenty of space and a kid-friendly menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible inside and outside with disable parking spots.Dietary restrictions: There is a code you can view to receive the dietary restrictions on each sub.
