My husband stopped in on the 23rd, to grab a couple desserts for Christmas. They have so many options, it made it hard to decide which to go with… so we got two. Ultimately, we ended up going with a peanut butter pie, and a raspberry cheesecake. They were both amazing, but the peanut butter pie is some of the best I have EVER had, and we love peanut butter pie. I wasn’t there at the ordering,/pick up, but he said whoever helped him was super nice. Def going to Check them out again soon, and try some other things!

Everything I have had here is soooooo good.
Local business in historic downtown New Albany Indiana since 1986.
Rated best of Louisville area A-List. Best bakery, best cupcakes, and best wedding cakes.
We go to sweet stuff all the time. We love it. The staff is so nice, they will make cakes to order and they usually have plenty to choose from if you stop in to pick up one to go. Their nutty oatmeal coconut chewys are so good.
You can get donuts, pies, very much a full service bakery items.
You can purchase cake top decorations, number candles.
My favorite? Anything they make with the buttercream icing.
Our family are definitely fans of sweet stuff.

I have been extremely disappointed the last two times I have ordered a cake from here. It was my mom’s birthday so I had ordered her an Italian Creme cake and it was very obvious that the cake itself was frozen and stale, it was very dense and dry. It was also nothing like an Italian creme cake, my family is Italian and our dinner was Italian themed. And for forty dollars I would have expected better.

We ordered a birthday cake that looks like a pickle for our son’s 1st birthday and it was absolutely perfect! They exceeded our expectations in look and taste. I would highly recommend them for any cake you could possibly need.

Sweet Stuff made the cake for our June wedding and it was so delicious! My husband and I chose orange and strawberry for our different tiers. They were so easy with planning and our cake came out so beautiful. They captured my vision perfectly. Cake tasting was one of the best parts of wedding planning. They also remake a smaller cake for your one year anniversary, which will be perfect for celebrating! I have always loved Sweet Stuff in the past, but now they are even more special to us after being part of our special day.
Very warm and lots of sweet treats to pick from , the banana pudding was really delicious ?

Everyone was friendly, and the cake tasting was such a nice experience. I got a small 2 tier cake ($185 to feed around 30 to 40) - a bit pricey which I expected with it being a wedding cake. Overall, it was beautiful, but the top was a little lumpy. My understanding is they only work with buttercream to maintain quality taste and not fondant unless you insist. I imagine that was the reason for the lump. I did request grey/charcoal leaves to match my wedding colors; however, the leaves were dark green.
We also had their strawberry and chocolate cupcakes which were pretty and delicious. The cakes and cupcakes were so fresh and soft. I believe the cupcakes cost around $20 per dozen for their basic buttercream swirl with a glitter flake. Cupcakes were well worth every penny, and they are huge.
