If i could give them 0 zeros I would. Food is always cold. Tonight when my husband tried to order food they stated they could not take his order because they didn't know how to because their manager was gone. The workers are always rude. Do not go to this taco bell. Drive out of your way to go to clarksville or jeffersonville.

David greeted us and let us know some of the special deals they had and was very helpful he was always moving and cleaning the lobby it was wonderful he was so nice to my daughter!

Absolutely horrible service! I've been going to this Taco Bell for several years and this is the worst encounter I've had. I will not be back. The staff is super unprofessional and definitely not customer oriented.
Best Taco Bell we have ever been too. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The whole place was clean!!!!! The food we received actually looked like the picture and it was prepared perfectly!

We witnessed an employee wearing gloves take out his phone mid making our order and answer a call. We pointed it out and the manager made him remake it with new gloves but was not offered any apology or anything. It seemed like we were bothering her. However, David the host was extremely nice and helpful! It seems like the only employee who was happy to help the customers and even his coworkers. David is a true rockstar! He is the only reason why this is a 2 star review and not a 1 star.
