I was about to give up on this location.... ask if they have mild before paying and they lied a few times and said yes only to say after I paid sorry we are out. But the woman tonight did not lie even though she looked at me like I was crazy for asking...(she looked new). Food was not what it usually is but service was great. Will come back.

Just left the girl at the window named Rachel was so kind. I couldn't read the board she was nice enough to read everything for me in a pleasant tone. Her kindness and patience really made it easy for me. ❤️❤️❤️

The service here is always terrible. I've been coming here for years because it's the only food open late near my house. I've always had items missing, they forget my sauce, or they are out of my drink. The workers are so rude. I just came here and they left out my burrito. I asked for it because it was missing and he just said okay. 5 minutes later he brought it out to me and just slung the bag near me and walked off. You can always hear the workers cussing or yelling. This is the worst taco bell location I've ever been to.

I usually go to state st Taco Bell. It’s closer. But my food is almost always cold or wrong or both. Not here! They got everything right. Everyone was very nice and it didn’t feel like I was being a nuisance to the staff by being there. Thanks so much, it’s well worth the drive
Stopped at the window. Gave them my order. Was asked again what I wanted repeated myself and drove forward. When I got to the window the manager said my order was canceled to to ho somewhere else. I went to Wendy's and told them what happened and they stated that I was not the first guest to say the same thing I called Taco Bell back and told the manager what happened and was told GOOD THING THAT THERE IS A WENDY'S AVAILABLE. How would the OWNER OF TACO BELL THINK ABOUT THAT. I will never go to taco bell again.

Brothers can't make 5 layer burritos. It's always 8 feet of rock hard beans, 2 inches of meat and then 8 pounds of sour cream waiting on the end. You gotta spread the ingredients out.
