I ordered 3 beef tacos with chicken instead of beef they did that right charged me 80c for a avocado ranch but then didn't give me my avocado ranch so it ruined my food honestly having to pay for my sauce then not getting got me all the way messed up. Don't play with me and my 80c avocado ranch!

I hate Taco Bell but the one by my work, grantline Rd) always give top service. Online, or drive thru. It's always smiles and extra napkins. Food is hot and made to order.

Avoid this location at all costs. They took 25 minutes to complete my dine in order. Then they sat my food on the counter without saying my name. Our $5 cheese quesadillas were ordered “easy sauce”. I received a burnt quesadilla with more sauce than cheese and it was not cut. My wife went up to get it corrected and was holding the item and was ignored while other folks were being handed drink cups. After the third time she was ignored, I went up front and said “EXCUSE ME”. The person who helped us asked someone else to make it. She also criticized them in front of us for not cutting the item. The employee made our food and could be seen aggressively cutting the new quesadilla to prove a point to the other worker. Expect your food to be terrible and the workers as well.

Out of my almost $40 order the only thing they got right was the potatoes… Every single item was wrong, I’m honestly surprised our drinks were right.
We ordered at around 10pm on 05/10/25 and I will absolutely not be returning. Its extremely obvious that they make items before hand and do not care what additions you make, for the love of all that’s holy please give me the additions I pay for.
I get that maybe the person working was in a bad mood but why is it acceptable that they take it out on a customer?
I’m extremely disappointed/frustrated/upset/angry and above all very very hungry. Why would management allow this??

This TB is usually great, but I stopped by for breakfast and ordered 2 things. I got a breakfast burrito which barely had anything in it at all, and a breakfast quesadilla. The photo is of 1 whole corner of the quesadilla.. like.. I don't want to to be up early either.. but damn.. take pride in your work.
