Went thru drive through Sunday 12-28 around 9:30. Best experience I have had at this location. Quick everything was prepared so well the staff was friendly! Not sure what the change was but it’s working!!! No complaints!

Came in tonight to try this place. Food was very good and delicious! An employee by the name of Chris was kind enough to make sure I got my drink. Atmosphere was pleasant. Also admire that this placed was decorated for the Christmas season. Definitely would recommend this place 🍽️👍

I just want to thank the crew of Taco Bell on the Grant line rd of New Albany, Indiana! I love taco bells bean burritos but if the beans are thick they are not good, I asked them I wanted the beans how they are made and I got 2 perfect burritos! Thank you for making my night!

I had the most amazing crunch wrap today. It was folded perfectly, heated up just right, with the right amount of everything on it. It made my day so much better just by experiencing its deliciousness. Thank you oh heavenly person who made such awesomeness.

I ordered 3 beef tacos with chicken instead of beef they did that right charged me 80c for a avocado ranch but then didn't give me my avocado ranch so it ruined my food honestly having to pay for my sauce then not getting got me all the way messed up. Don't play with me and my 80c avocado ranch!

The Baja Zero at this one tastes like cleaning chemicals. Always has. Stopped by today and remembered why I never come to this one.
