They totally screwed up my order and I didn't notice until I was home. They have me a quesadilla when I ordered chalupas. They weren't busy, nor did I order anything with special instructions. Just straight off the menu.

Well the manger was working on the line and my order was for dining room and she made it to go I said my order for here she hand me the bag and said well well lay it on the table very hateful not all tables were len I didn't spend $25 to eat off of dirty tables I had to ask for a tray but I couldn't believe a manager would say that I won't e back for a good while

Been here a dozen times and they have only gotten my order wrong ONCE which was just to not add onions to burrito… seriously, every other Taco Bell gets it wrong almost every time, so this is still a win in my book!

The lady at the register was so quiet and withdrawn it was hard to talk to her. She ignored the fact that an elderly couple couldn’t hear her and just ordered them something they didn’t even ask for to get them to go away. I was so disappointed I helped them and got the manager to refund them. And he was unprofessional and dressed as such. It was a terrible experience. Absolutely disgusted that people have no respect for elderly people.

Terrible, ordered online for a specific time. An was told they dont make our order till we get there. Haha ? how stupid can u be. We ordered a pick up for a certain time to be picked up but you dont start making it till we get there. Wow this is the worst taco bell ive ever seen. Not only that every time we ever go there the employees are just standing around on theirs phones. Food is terrible and management is to blame while their standing around doing the drugs with their employees. All seem cracked out. Dont waste your time. Nasty. The health department should shod really look into this establishment.
