The lady working the front just stared at us when we walked in and then walked back to her co workers to talk. After we ordered I forgot a drink. Walked back up and stood there for 10 minutes. Eventually just walked back to where we were sitting cause the lady who was supposed to be working the front and wasn’t doing anything back there disappeared.

I don't know what it is with this Taco bell but the past 2 years I've been going it's been a disappointment every time. I've been 17 times. Idk why. Something ridiculous or crazy happens or they don't give you sauce. I just got a quesadilla with nothing on it. Just a tortilla. I'm gonna have to stop going to this one even though it's the closest. Poorly managed. Staff not held accountable. It's also hard to find workers who give a shit. I'd like to go here if they step it up. They barely pay them so it's hard to care, I know. Also one time there was giant spill ok pepsi on the ground and I was there for 45 mins waiting on a small order even though they had plenty of people. Someone could have slipped and sued. I put the cuidado episode mojado sign up for them. Took me 1 second. And I know they were aware of it because there was a mop sitting next to it. People just standing around. Also another time I went there and they couldn't give me what I wanted because they hadn't thawed out the shells for the chalupa. That's a common popular item and the manager should have been following up with the staff to make sure they had the tools they need to fill as many orders as possible. You know, to keep customers coming back and making as much money as possible. I guess these people don't like money. I'd be embarrassed if I was manager and corporate saw how this was run and who they were hiring. And this is one of many other stories I have. It's been like charlie brown trying to kick the football. I keep thinking maybe it will be ok. And don't go through the drive through, you'll get stuck for a long time before wasting your money.

Well… you get vegetarian tacos regardless if you order meat with it. And cheesy potatoes….. damn… got about 6 potato chips in a bowl. Had to offer to pay for another side of em.

this is one place I know I can sit down and have the meal come exactly how I ordered it. I have a weekly relationship with this spot.the staff is friendly and very helpful. the Mexican Pizza is my favorite but the Chicken Chalupa is pretty good too . And if your lucky enough you might just catch Jeff working ,he is the general manager there. He makes sure what you get is right and if isn't, he will fix it. He is definitely a shining star at this location ✨️. So if you are trying to figure our where to go for a bite to eat. Stop at Taco bell on top of the hill off State st. You definitely won't regret it.
why even give the option to add sauce on the app if this place never does lol??? my bf and i both ordered a 10 piece nugget that comes with TWO SAUCES EACH. they gave us one sauce for all 20 nuggets and zero napkins. i’ll stick to going to another tb.
