No one came to take our order or fix the issue that we had where they shorted us half our food, but they could give their friend a drink and ask what they wanted to eat. Looked right as us when we came in and ignored us. We were there for 30 minutes and left. Service sucks the people are not friendly and should be fixed.

First run through drive thru they had forgotten 5 tacos so I called and they said to come back so I could them. Went back a few hours later to get my tacos and even order a bit more cause family wanted 3 crunchy tacos and 2 cantina bowls. Got everything ordered and the 5 tacos from before so headed back home. When we opened our food the 3 crunchy tacos looked like they got punched as they were broken in many places and there was barely any cheese or lettuce on either of them. Mainly just the meat which was also skimpy on portion. Then 1 of the cantina bowls looked like it got shook really hard with everything mashed and mixed together and there was only 4 little junks of chicken. And both were completely missing the shredded purple cabbage and the guacamole and the pico de gallo. Major let down twice in the same day just hours apart. This location has significant issues with quality and proper preparation of food. Should check the staff for certain faults including possible Testing on everyone.

STINGIEST tacobell ive ever been to, period. You order a taco and get the shell, half beef and maybe lettuce and cheese if your lucky, if you get my point. Not going back. GO TO THE ONE ON GRANTLINE RD. next exit up. They have never done me wrong.

The front of the house was clean enough, however the condiments needed refilled and cleaned up. The staff seemed to be almost frustrated to take my payment after I used the kiosk to order. The fact that you have to pay with cash at the counter per kiosk instructions was irrelevant. No one followed up with me regarding the food and I was the only customer in the store.

Didn’t accept anything but cash didn’t give correct amount of change and handed out five fries with cheese for six dollars! Very unsatisfied and cashier was very rude when told I wanted a refund.

I love the flavor of the Dorito tacos. The thin spice coating on the thinner shell is amazing, but I have had upset stomach eight months ago & now with this last visit again. It is one of the very few times this has happened to me. I've had it happen to me one other time at the local Kentucky fried chicken on State Street as well about four years ago. I've been in this town living since 2004. I am consistent & understand how such contamination occurs. Hopefully this will be remedied so I can enjoy my favorite fast food taco.

If I could give it a lower review, I would. I can count on one hand how many times I've actually ordered my food and it have been correct. Every time they manage to incorrectly make the food or just forget food entirely. Once I had to have them try three times! I know it can not be that hard, as a former employee, they have some serious issues that corporate needs to address.Vegetarian options: They never get vegetarian swaps correct. MANY times I’ve either naïvely bitten into meat that should’ve been beans or I’ve checked my food and found that I can’t eat the food I just paid for ?

Stingiest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Don’t waste your money. Food will not even remotely look like the menu. I have been to other locations and they are much more consistent. I will no longer be spending my money at this location.
