TWO CYCLES LATER I STILL KEPT GETTING SHIPPING CHARGES ADDED TO MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER. PROMISE AFTER PROMISE “ASSURED” ME THAT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. IT’S APPARENT THEIR MARKETING AND TECH TEAMS ARE UNABLE TO CORRECT A SIMPLE PROBLEM. BEING CONSTANTLY TOLD IT’S “FIXED” WHEN IT ISN’T GETS OLD FAST. I’M DONE!

My family ordered some of the elderberry syrup to try. Although the taste was fine and it was packaged well it is not a syrup , it is liquid and not shelf stable. It has to be refrigerated and used within 30 days . Overly priced for what it is . You would be better off to make your own actual syrup for a fraction of the price.

Had the strangest experience here. Visiting downtown New Albany we simply walked In and started browsing, trying to understand what the store is. My daughter and I were conversing back-and-forth, asking each other questions and the person Behind the counter, never offered one ounce of help. The person just kept labeling Bottles. I left not knowing what elderberry syrup even is. I see this stuff in The health food store locally but I know nothing about it. Thought going into the store would help. I would never waste my time going in there. I hear it is a million business online but what a waste to have a storefront With that kind of customer service.
