Products are great. However, make sure your packaging is good. I bought a large bag if elderberries and shortly after getting them home, I put it in the cabinet. When it fell over I had elderberries falling all over! Apparently, the plastic was cut or detached from the paper when I bought it. It is still sealed at the top.

The 1 star is because when i tried bought their products for the 1st time last fall their promo offered free shipping. I was charged shipping cost afterwards & they didn't care to fix the issue so i removed myself as a customer from their email connection & verbally told the nice young lady i just don't want anymore of their products. Now i received a big jar of the syrup & charged $30 without my permission after i removed myself from being a customer. What's the problem

**First time customerI went into the store in New Albany today around 3 to get some vitamins. When I walked into the store neither employee offered their assistance nor pointed me in the direction of the products. I was left to assume the small display of products located by the door was the only product in store until I walked up to check out and seen a wall of product. Happy with the products I purchased but wish some of my questions I asked the employee would’ve been answered more clearly.
