I've been trying to get ahold of the store for over a week by phone to place an order. It just locks out and says the memory is full. Someone needs to check that phone number.

Pick up the smoke turkey slices. They were very tasty. Everyone had seconds also had a turkey sandwich while I was delicious, not dry at all. Be sure to get the pickle on the side.

Waited in line 1 hour and 40 minutes. One hour outside in the cold.
Unacceptable amount of wait time. Pre ordered not prepaid. Prepaid line went faster. Offered to prepay at time of order, they said had to pay at pick up
Pre-ordered and paid hams and line is outrageous and moving very slow. And they say we may not get the sized ham we pre-ordered and paid for, while walk in traffic getting what they want via a shorter line. Not even halfway to the door 30 minutes in line. After 50 minutes in line, had to settle for a ham 2 lbs smaller than ordered and paid for. Yeah, we get refunded the difference someday, but doesn’t help feed all of our dinner guests as planned.
The half ham that we bought for a Christmas party of 15 people was so awful. The seasoning was all clumped together and fell off to the bottom immediately, the ham was salty and not sweet at all like I’ve always known it to be. We bought two sides as well and they were very poor quality.They were sweet potatoes and loaded smashed potatoes, we won’t do that again. I’m not sure if their seasoning and process has changed, but this ham wasn’t the $98 ham I thought I was getting. I tried to call and talk to someone, for two days-couldn’t get thru. We still have over half the ham left. It was very disappointing. $117.78 we gladly paid, but we were expecting much better quality and taste.

I love the Tavern Classic sandwich! I get it as a combination meal, which includes a deli side and a soda. The ham sandwich is, of course, made with their famous brown sugar glazed recipe, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and I add red onion to it. You can also have a complimentary dill pickle spear with it. Tasty, tasty!?

I picked up a ham and turkey two days before Thanksgiving. The line was long and it took a while but what do you expect? Everyone was working hard and it was mostly orderly. Long lines and a wait should be expected for a business that sees its order volume go up a million percent for one week a year. My only complaint is they should mark the lines a little more clearly. The food was great!

Ordered online 10/18/23 went to pick up today.. called running behind , sweet lady on the phone said no problem we are open til 7 pm. Arrived at 6:30 and the door was locked.. person at the door said can’t let you in.. explained I had a pick up order even called prior and was assured I could pick up. Finally got in waited 30 mins in a line. Mind you my order was placed and paid for a month prior… got to the counter.. couldn’t find my order, found my order and stated they didn’t have an 8 lb ham I had ordered and paid for.. I received 3 pc of ham totaling 7.74 lbs.. the employees are like.. that’s all we have.. sorry ?next yr I will order online and have it delivered and when the small business figure out they lost sales because of their service, it’s just sad.

They will not answer the phone. I have been trying to reach them each hour since their 10:00 a.m. open time. I have questions for a large lunch order for the holidays and cannot get answers I need due to poor customer service. I will be ordering from Kroger instead. What a shame; great product. I have never had this experience from this store.
