People were nice, place was clean but, the food was super salty. Im usually not one to complain so I paid for my food and left. Maybe it was just tonight, but be carful. Especially the noodles. Way way way way too salty.

Tomo Nomo. We used to LOVE this place. We have eaten here multiple times and never had a complaint, but all that changed within the last year. On our last dine in visit, I ordered a sushi salad that I had ordered a few times before and liked. However, on this visit, they brought me a completely different dish. When I asked them about it, they told me that it was supposed to be that way, even after I showed them the menu and that it was wrong according to the description. They didn't offer to help or fix the problem in any way, so I was stuck eating and paying for something I didn't order and didn't like. It was aggravating, but because all of our other visits were so good, we just hoped it was a one-time problem. Flash forward to our most recent experience. I placed a small to go order for sushi. The menu clearly stated the quantity and price. However, Theo told me that I would be getting 2 pieces each and not the 3 pieces the menu said I would be getting. When we brought this to his attention, he just waved us off and basically told us too bad. He didn't fix it or give us the total number of items we ordered. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. I ended up paying $22.31 for 6 pieces of sushi and 3 sides of creamy Wasabi sauce when there should've been 9 pieces. We won't be returning to this restaurant anymore. I refuse to eat at a place that won't offer to fix their mistakes and make me pay for them. Beware, if you choose to eat here, they will not make it right if they mess up and will still expect you to pay for things you didn't receive or things they messed up.

My son is very picky eater. But he cleans his plate here especially when Patrick is cooking.
Five stars because their mustard sauce is so delicious. I could drink their mustard sauce from a cup. It is seriously the best recipe best tasting. It is the best.

Restaurantji Recommends
We visited TOMO Saturday evening. We love hibachi style japanese cooking. The food was very bland. The rice had hardly any flavor. We had to ask for dipping sauces for our meat/veggies. The chef was great, it's just that he can only cook with what he's given. We asked if they had egg yolk sauce and you woulda thought we were talking another language. I would not recommend this place. Way over priced for the quality and taste...

Over priced as potions small and service awful. Our main dish came and we had no salad or soup first. Also don’t put Corona on your beret list if you don’t serve it. Very disappointing experience

Wife and I ordered off the menu. The potstickers came out cold. Wife only tried 1/2 of one. The server took the remaining of them back and said the chef was remaking them for us. The chef didn't remake them, he heated up the ones that the server took back. So we didn't get our full appetizer. It's also a big Health Dept Violation to take food presented to customers back into the kitchen. We touched them to confirm coldness, so our germs are back in the kitchen if you visit there tonight, enjoy. The dressing on my salad was so watered down it wouldn't stay on the lettuce and had no flavor. We don't go back. I recommend you don't go either, even if only based on the quality of food and service. Even more, if they're violating the Health Codes above, who knows how many more.
The Onion restaurant is right down the street less than 1/4 mile. Try that one instead. It's our usual, we are always pleased there, but we were trying to do something new tonight. Big mistake that was.
