Nice little neighborhood cafe. We talked to a table of two generations of local ladies that have eaten at Vic's their whole life. Grandma was at least eighty. She said to order the cod or chicken and dumplings. We had the turkey club and fried. We would eat there again if in the area.

Food is good. Daily blue plate specials M-F. It's a neighborhood bar on one side with café on other side. If you don't smoke or have respiratory issues this isn't the place for you.

Everything was amazing. The food was really good and the waitress, Jeanie, was charming and funny. Outside of the dank cigarette smell, though it wasn't smokey, was the ONLY downside.
