Service was awful I told the service i wanted a dbl cheeseburger came back no cheese and I asked for a cherry coke 3 times came back with a regular coke after that didn't see him till after I ate my food and needed a refill before I was done with food finally got a refill right before leaving

We made the mistake of eating here after a late night movie. There was our waitress, a cook, and 2 other men with another waitress as employees. The other waitress was vocally complaining about hours, not getting asked if people at this store location wanted to pick up. Instead, they bring people from other locations who don't do anything but stand around. The vibe was extremely negative. The mood of the employees was solomon except for the mouthy woman who talked loudly across the store as she went outside the front entrance to smoke.
All in all, the negative atmosphere, attitudes, and poor quality of food, I now know why it's been years since I have eaten here! I left dissatisfied and felt sorry for the employees as their shift was miserable, having to listen to a mouthy negative coworker.
On a positive note, my husband loves the coffee mugs here!

We usually have a great experience, but today we werenât greeted upon entry, and after we sat down we werenât looked at or spoken to for 20 min and ended up just leaving, and even upon leaving not a word was said. There was a worker with long hair trying to explain a receipt issue to another girl worker with an eyebrow piercing and instead of listening to her, the girl with the eyebrow piercing kept interrupting her and LOUDLY and wrongly trying to correct her and embarrass her in front of everyone when she didnât even hear the girl out, and eventually the girl solved it with another older woman and it wasnât even the girl with the long hair that had messed anything up and eyebrow piercing was so quick to be condescending to her trying to correct her and âhonâ her when she seemed to be only a few years younger. We felt awful for the girl and really annoyed at eyebrow piercing. Do better WH.

Food quality was not good. My grits were just warm. Cheese grits are made with a slice of American cheese laid on top... gross!
The hashbrown's were lightly brown on the exterior and all white mush in the center. I ordered sautéed onions with my hash browns and received a few scattered diced onions on top of my hasbrowns, which were not sautéed, but undercooked.
