Walked in with 4 booths not clean with dirty dishes, 10 seats at counter with dirty dishes. Had to seat and wait for 10 minutes them to clean while staff joked and laugh not doing their job. Manager walked out a couple of times and didn't say any thing. We finally get a table clean off, than order food. Took for ever to get our drinks. Than our food that's another joke. Some food came out missing alot of stuff that she forgot to call out had to wait for that when I say some food came out meaning my husband sandwich my eggs and hash brown. Missing my grandson and my waffle his bacon and mine. No drink refill. I say something to the waitress that was a joke. Than manager comes out at this my husband is done with his meal and we haven't got ours. Wow they took 10 percent off. A BIG 3.10 OH WOW!!!! m and grandson took ours to go so we didn't get to eat. This place today was a joke..... I have been here alot of times before and never treated this way. Stay away to they get new people

Still sitting here and been 20 minutes for two eggs. Watching snails plate food right now. They don't know basted or over easy.. only something called "over light". Not recommended.

The time of day we were here they had only one server, but at least 5 employees. Not sure why nobody else could take an order until we said something loudly, and even afterwards several employees were just standing around, despite customers looking around trying to find someone.

Food was Waffle House great. Service was very slow, and the place wasn’t packed. Waited ten minutes after food came for my kids to get their waffles and only a single coffee refill entire time. Everyone super nice.

The place was very dirty not sanitized at all food dabree on the floor the coffee pots where very stained very discolored. The food itself was not very good the hashbrowns where very greesy. I will not be returning.

There's a server here named Tamara that is a beast and she deserves employee of the year!!! Her coworker just walked out on her and she didn't bat an eye... there were 18-20 customers and she literally jumped on the grill and started cooking everyone's food on top of serving everyone!!!!

It was quiet this day. There was a staff shortage, and the staff that was there was awesome! When I first arrived the jukebox was playing and there were several customers, but within 20 minutes 90% of them left after eating. My directions were followed on how I like my food cooked and that made it perfect! I really appreciate the staff that is there and my grading of four is not reflected upon them, but upon management for not being able to provide the appropriate amount of staff, call in staff. I really enjoyed myself.

Came in around midnight. Homecoming kids were there eating all dressed up. Our waitress was also our cook!! She was amazing to handle all that! Lindsey maybe? not sure of her name but super friendly and a great cook! We drove past the waffle house in Jeff it looked sketchy so we drove over to this one. So glad we did! Totally different atmosphere!Vegetarian options: PUMPKIN SPICE WAFFLES!!!Kid-friendliness: This is our daughter's favorite restaurant and her reward for good grades!
