Stopped in around 10:00 last night. Food was good and hot, sweet tea excellent, and the gentleman who waited on me gave me the best service I’ve had at any Waffle House. Will definitely be back and will recommend this WH to my friends.

First impression wasn’t great. There was a wait the servers were not aware on who was next. 4 tables were dirty with 4 servers on and 3 cooks. I know business may get busy, but it would help if they had awareness of the restaurant. I saw positive reviews dated 2 weeks prior so I’m sure they went through a change. My feedback is to ensure you have the MOD control the wait and communicate to the guests. From the table, looked like chaos. My server was great (Rae) and the food was good. Today may have been a one off but wanted to share feedback so they can manage better. Even the servers didn’t know who was next to put in orders. Your guests shouldn’t have to hear that.

Seriously disappointed. Never been to a Waffle House before but with all the hype, I expected way more than what we got especiallybfir the high prices. Waffles were on same level as frozen Eggos waffles and eggs were I er cooked and greasy same with hash browns. Environment was also lousy and staff was unprofessional with language and attitudes. Never again.
