Stopped in around 10:00 last night. Food was good and hot, sweet tea excellent, and the gentleman who waited on me gave me the best service I’ve had at any Waffle House. Will definitely be back and will recommend this WH to my friends.
First impression wasn’t great. There was a wait the servers were not aware on who was next. 4 tables were dirty with 4 servers on and 3 cooks. I know business may get busy, but it would help if they had awareness of the restaurant. I saw positive reviews dated 2 weeks prior so I’m sure they went through a change. Definitely got sick off the grits. Me, my husband and my mom. But the server was new and phenomenal! We left her a huge tip. Food tasted okay except the grits but I don't think anyone was at fault. Nothing to brag about but not a lot of complaints. Shootout to the service!
