This location is awful: the people are rude. They've lost my business for good. I called because the guacamole was BLACK. Absolutely disgusting. I never had an issue with them til this and the guy on the phone argued with me and said no that's normal.. yeah done.

Food was good , service was quick

I have never taken one bite of food and tossed the rest. This was the case today. I knew if I ate the sandwich, I'd be sick. Poor quality. Unfortunately I ate here when this store first opened and it was good, not any longer. Drive a little further, get something good. ( the black bag that the sandwich was in should have been a red flag)

We've been wanting to try this sandwich shop, but it wasn't very good at all. Very bland. We got one hot sandwich and one cold. Neither of us finished our sandwiches. The employee was nice, but we had a bit of a language barrier. The place looked run down. We won't be back.

Tried to go in today to have a sandwich, the doors were locked, there was a guy inside that just decided to throw hand signals at me and not come to the door. No signs saying they were closed either. Guess I'll just go to Jersey Mike's

Went here for lunch for the first time. Ordered the Philly cheese steak and it was on point. At first glance, I didn't know what to expect, but once I started eating it, it was very flavorful. I would go back for a repeat visit

Customer service was no good. The cashier rang up the order wrong. They made the sandwiches incorrect, didn't even get the sandwich with no changes right. Would not recommend this location.

My husband and I stopped by and got two subs only it was about $25.00. My sub was a regular turkey, pepperjack, Swiss, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles and also wanted pickled red onion and crushed chips and vinegar. I take two bites and realize I'm missing things. No red onion pickled, no pepper jack cheese, and it has crispy onions like you would have on green bean casserole. My husband runs it back in and they said to him. We are out of pickled onions., maybe we did forget the pepperjack ill hand you a slice, also chips are fried onions. I go back in and talk with them. I said I see they have crushed chips on menu as an option online and they also have a fried onion option. I said I do not want fried onions on this sandwich it's not the same as a basic lays chip crushed. He then said well we don't have chips here so we put onion instead. I said I am sorry I would have never subbed a basic chip for a crispy onion
The worker got aggressive and mad about it. The other said well we can maybe make it better? The other starts speaking in anothrr language throwing hands up. I asked what he meant? He said I'll take your sub back scrape stuff off add peperjack and I'd give you new bread but use everything else. I said no thanks at the point just take the sandwich back and refund me. He then says FINE I'll remake it all and grabs sandwich from my hand and throws it away. They did remake it but I am just shocked at the customer service of this location. They messed up and put the wrong ingredients and forgot some and tried to convince me fried onions were chips and that I should just eat it. I will never eat at this location again due to the customer service.

Needs some work. Food was not very tasty. Had half of a sandwich and tossed the other half.

Overpriced sandwich, and even though the restaurant was empty, the tables were still dirty. I will not return.

I’ve been to Wich Wich twice now and I love it. The new owners are really sweet. They gave great customer service. All I have to say is they really need to double wrap their sandwiches because when it’s not double wrapped it falls all over the place when you open it. Also they need to put ONLY what you ask for on the sandwich, not extra stuff you didn’t ask for. I got a crab salad sandwich and I didn’t select avocado and there was avocado on it, I think they may have given me the Cali roll. Just because the customer orders a sandwich that come with something originally doesn’t mean they want that on their sandwich. If I don’t select cucumbers that means I don’t want cucumbers. Other than that I like it and the negative reviews are a little harsh, I find it to be pretty good.

Was confused about the drive through having a touch screen for your order, but it was easy to navigate. The workers are so kind and it was pretty slow when I went, so the food came out quick!
