I’ve been to Wich Wich twice now and I love it. The new owners are really sweet. They gave great customer service. All I have to say is they really need to double wrap their sandwiches because when it’s not double wrapped it falls all over the place when you open it. Also they need to put ONLY what you ask for on the sandwich, not extra stuff you didn’t ask for. I got a crab salad sandwich and I didn’t select avocado and there was avocado on it, I think they may have given me the Cali roll. Just because the customer orders a sandwich that come with something originally doesn’t mean they want that on their sandwich. If I don’t select cucumbers that means I don’t want cucumbers. Other than that I like it and the negative reviews are a little harsh, I find it to be pretty good.

Was confused about the drive through having a touch screen for your order, but it was easy to navigate. The workers are so kind and it was pretty slow when I went, so the food came out quick!

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. Food is nasty. Workers are insulting and disrespectful & I’m disgusted. I ordered a bowl with BBQ pork , ranch and cheese & the person taking my order was insisting I get veggies with my meal. I said no , plain & simple and loudly so he could definitely hear me because he repeated it back and I agreed. I get my food and there is veggies in there , on the receipt there is nothing stating I ordered veggies with my meal. Also all the BBQ pork was the fat parts , I got no real pork with my meal. They do not clean up the place ! There was peoples left over food and crumbs everywhere and all the seats were unorganized making it hard to sit down! They are very judgmental and should definitely be held responsible for their nasty behavior. I will NOT be returning and i definitely will tell everyone I no not to do service with this place. Your not losing 1 customers your losing many ! If you play stupid games you will get stupid prizes but in this situation it’s stupid on your end.

Okay sandwich shop. The Philly sandwich was a little light on the meat and toppings. Upsold me a large drink without asking.... atmosphere is okay, just seemed like it was half way open. Prob won't go back, but not a terrible experience.

First time in a Which Wich in fifteen years or so. Guy was very friendly explaining to us how to order and what was available.
The BBQ pork & cole slaw wrap was delicious! Special nod to the exclusive Mountain Dew Vibe also!
Cuban sandwich was good too!

I ordered delivery from here and sure I expected that it wouldn’t be piping hot or the fries might feel a little weird by the time it got to me, but I wasn’t anticipating the severe stomach pains and nausea within an hour of finishing my food. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

Ordered through the app, thw wick Wednesday special. Ordered with Mayo, oil and vinegar and still was very dry. Also Ordered with pepper jack cheese and was given some nasty orange cheese. The fries were good and the sandwich was ready when I picked it up.
