There’s a lady named Charlotte. I have noticed a few times at this location on Charlestown Road that is the best customer service ever. They need to make her Management or Supervisor if she isn’t already she deserves whatever is coming to her positive things very loving Karen lady only seen her at this location. A few times when I came. I’m so amazed by her she’s going to go far. She deserves the pay raise, she multitask and does it all superwoman.

The manager has a really bad attitude. She could’ve just been having a bad day but she definitely made my day worse with the attitude she gave me.

Good luck getting order right…get more chicken down the road. Even ordering ahead to try and help these…special….workers doesn’t seem to help :(

We bought a 5-piece chicken fingers platter and every piece of chicken was raw in the center. The rest of the meal was good. The drive-thru service was great. Very friendly employees. The wait was not long at all, food was hot and fast... too fast because of raw chicken. Bummed my first time there and this happened.

Granted I placed my $40 order online an HOUR before closing, went to pick up the food and the appetizer was missing, the Quesadilla I'm pretty sure a 3 year old couldve thrown together better was dry and not even luke warm and the extra ice was non existent in my coke. Shocked to say the least

Ordered pick up through app for a specific time pick up. Food was on the pick up shelf in guest area for over 10 minutes prior to pick up time. Chicken was lukewarm at best, at least this time they included to requested and extra paid for sauces.

The experience today may be the worst experience I’ve had at any Zaxby’s.
It was all about the food. The Zalad portions are getting smaller and the price is increasing. If you need to increase the price, I get it, but don’t punish us for patronizing your restaurant.
My wife and I both got the Asian Zenzation. Absolutely love the flavor. However, it was built like a lite portion. We both were floored at the size. We used to split these Zalads when they were $7.99.
My adult son got the Chicken Philly sandwich. It was actually pretty well sized. But the fries he got with the meal was like ice. The sandwich was barely worn.
Some context, I ordered online. Got to the restaurant when was informed it would be ready. Drove home, (less than five minutes), sat down to eat.
So we were ready to eat approximately 20 minutes after ordering.
Oh and forgot to mention that I ordered an add-on 8 piece buffalo shrimp that I was shorted one shrimp and were cool as well.
I hope they will do better next time.
