Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The experience today may be the worst experience I’ve had at any Zaxby’s.
It was all about the food. The Zalad portions are getting smaller and the price is increasing. If you need to increase the price, I get it, but don’t punish us for patronizing your restaurant.
My wife and I both got the Asian Zenzation. Absolutely love the flavor. However, it was built like a lite portion. We both were floored at the size. We used to split these Zalads when they were $7.99.
My adult son got the Chicken Philly sandwich. It was actually pretty well sized. But the fries he got with the meal was like ice. The sandwich was barely worn.
Some context, I ordered online. Got to the restaurant when was informed it would be ready. Drove home, (less than five minutes), sat down to eat.
So we were ready to eat approximately 20 minutes after ordering.
Oh and forgot to mention that I ordered an add-on 8 piece buffalo shrimp that I was shorted one shrimp and were cool as well.
I hope they will do better next time.

We had never been to one before, but we'll be back. Chicken fingers were good, but small compared to others.

We arrived at the restaurant to see that both of their handicapped parking spots were occupied by people without plates or placards. I spoke with the manager & he noticed that one of the cars belonged to the cashier & said he'd write her up & she immediately moved it.The other car, which had a Spectrum bill on the dash addressed to Donna Perkins, was still there over an hour later when we rode back by after the grocery store. I can only assume it also belonged to an employee as well. The manager was helpful but not helpful enough to make his other employee move out of the handicapped spot. We were the only customers in the building so both cars had to belong to employees. We witnessed 2 people, besides ourselves, with handicapped placards that had to park on the other side of the lot due to the entitlement of those employees. I really hope this gets fixed so I don't have to go to Jeffersonville when I want Zaxby's

I ordered boneless teriyaki wings. I’m assuming the sauce they dip them in is cold. My boneless wings are as if they set them under ice. They were good after heating them. Very inconvenient to get fast food for your 30 min lunch and have to heat them as soon as you leave the drive through. Also the fries were cold, not warm, COLD. It’s 12:30 lunch time, you’d think the food would be smoking hot fresh.

Bought ten nuggets for $9.99 and the nuggets were literally the size of a quarter. Don't waste your money here you will get jipped. I literally left hungrier than when I came. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Every time I go to this location of zaxby's, it is always on point. Gotta watch out for that juice!! It squirts out hot.
It'll get you!!! But that's when you know, you got some phenomenal chicken fingers.

I got lost! Google/GPS couldn't guide me to one location - the coupon was on my Kroger receipt. I had to phone, & get directions to McDonald's.

The other location I found, easily.

Fern Valley road location is 10-10 way better than this location. The rude young staff at the drive through is occasional, when sitting for a dine-in a similar experience takes place after paying for an upsize meal and opening your contents to find roughly 8 fries inside then by asking if I could get more fries the response was less than courteous, but what ultimately brought me to leave this review is the cold soggy fries and Texas toast the wife and I have received at LEAST five times in a row.

Ordered online and picked up in drive-thru. Employees were super friendly.

Food was mid. Chicken was cooked wonderfully, but everything else fell short. Chicken finger taco was stale and hard. Kicked Chicken sandwich was absolutely covered in sauce. Made a huge mess and a pain to eat. Sandwich had wrong sauce and didn't have the cheese I ordered on it. Fries was bland and cold. Tea tastes old.
